False advertising. This chair is listed as a "Leather Ergonomic Reclining Office Chair," but it contains zero real leather—it is made entirely of cheap, man-made synthetic materials. Compared to my 2018 La-Z-Boy, the drop in quality is staggering. Extremely disappointed. Do not buy this if you are expecting genuine leather or lasting quality

The chair requires assembly. Should take 15-30 minutes based on how handy you are. The brown leather looks like an executive chair of the 1st class. It's designed for big and tall and appears to be built well enough to handle a large person easily. Its comfortable, well made, and looks great.

I'm almost 340 pounds. My last chair was really hurting my leg after I sat in it a while. I can sit in this for hours and there's no pain. It holds up to 400 pounds, so it's been handling me just fine without the seat adjustment going permanently down. Not to mention it looks absolutely fantastic, like the kind of chair you'd see a CEO sit in at his office. The only thing I didn't care about is it didn't come with an extended warranty from Best Buy, like almost everything else from the store.
