Sometime an old box of tapes, overlooked for decades, could reserve nice surprises. This album is a collection of those surprises. In the years of my collaboration with Steve Lacy, we did a lot of recording and we selected what was the best for the short length of the vinyl LPs. So some tracks were edited leaving part of the improvisations out or discarded for a similarity with something already included in the albums. Album Tracks 1. Scraps #1 2. Scraps #2 3. Scraps #3 4. Giancarlo Cardini - piano, Andrea Centazzo - percussion, recorded live in Prato, Italy July 15th, 1983. Pianist Giancarlo Cardini is well known as one of the best interpreters of new music. He rarely performed improvised music and the tracks here are a rare and exciting document. After the Silence #2 3. After the Silence #3 4. After the Silence #4 5. After the Silence #5 6. After the Silence #6 7. After the Silence #7
