I have the total tech membership for several years now. It protects my electronic items for 2 years and then i keep extending the items i need with a nominal charge every month. I have had issues many times with the battery or display or at times devices not powering up and each time it was either repaired or they gave me store credit for the full price to buy new. Very happy with this protection plan and totally worth it.

I have this purchased this for my kids computers and it has come in handy and well worth the price. Pays for itself.

Every time we go to use this there is some reason for an additional charge. It’s frustrating and coupled with the subpar contractors they send for appliance repairs (one issue has required 4 visits, we were charged a fee each time) there really isno reason i can see to renew after this cycle. At a certain point in time, 6 or so years ago it was somewhat worth the cost. But once again enshttification has struck and you will receive an inferior product for an ever increasing subscription price.

Haven't had to use it, but am glad to have it. Good coverage.
