Expectedly out-there geopolitical satire from Guy Maddin stars Cate Blanchett, Alicia Vikander, Charles Dance, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Denis Ménochet, Roy Dupuis. 118 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.
