A: If your hardware crypto wallet is broken, you can recover your funds if you have your seed phrase: 1. Retrieve your seed phrase: If you followed best practices, your seed phrase backup should be in a secure, secondary location. 2. Buy a new wallet: Purchase a replacement wallet from the manufacturer. 3. Initialize the new wallet: Use your seed phrase to restore your wallet on the new device. 4. Test your key: Make sure your key can sign in a platform like Unchained. 5. Destroy the old wallet: Dispose of the old wallet according to your local electronics disposal guidelines. 6. Store the new wallet securely: Follow best practices to keep your new wallet safe. *If you lose both your wallet and your seed phrase, your funds may be unrecoverable.
