Initial reaction was, plain boring packaging. Once I opened the flap, it got pretty. The beautiful aluminum edge shines like a diamond in a goats behind. Pulled it out of the box and it felt great in the hand. Open the lid and bam, big beautiful screen. This product feels like a more expensive lap top. The screen flips back smooth and doesn't feel like you have to worry about the hinge becoming a sloppy mess any time soon. You must connect the charger before it will come on. I put mine on the charger while I ate dinner. Came back to a full charge. Boot up was super fast. Coming from a PC and the fact windows takes a couple moons to boot, this seemed like a lightning bolt. Set up was amazingly beautiful and quick. Just sign into your Google account. Screen looks terrific, impressed because of the price. Web pages load super fast on my WiFi. Everything seemed to just flow smoothly and quick enough for our needs. If you are in the market, pick this one up quick, considering I picked it up for $100 off, this seems like a steal.

I’ve had this computer for 2 years now and it still runs like it is brand new. I mostly use it for gaming and just basic internet use. The touch screen and the tablet feature only add such a better experience to this laptop. Has great battery life and I’m very pleased with how well it has last the past few years. I suggest this laptop to anyone who is looking for their own.

Wow! Got this hidden gem on clearance for $299. Works great. Weight is just right. Hooked up a 14-in-1 type c hub to it and I'm feeding 2 tv's currently being used as additional displays. Works flawlessly. Touch screen is very responsive. No issues. Battery life is great! I've got like 40 tabs open, no problem!

I have been eyeing this laptop for months and finally decided to purchase it while on sale, along with the 2 years Geek Squad Protection - AWESOME! The Lenovo Chromebook has amazing sound, graphics, and picture. It’s so sleek. It’s perfect for personal use and user-friendly. I highly recommend it and arrived with zero damage. I love it! Honestly, I love Chromebooks because you don’t need to purchase additional items like virus protection or Microsoft and sign in to your Outlook to use the applications. I also own a Samsung Chromebook, which I’ve owned for 4 years and still working, but wanted to upgrade.

I seriously regret buying this device. The laptop started flickering just after 19 days of purchase and became unusable. BestBuy didn't refund/replace the device as it just passed 15 days timeline. I sent the laptop to Lenovo for repair, and it took me 4 weeks until I receive it back today. But the back of the laptop was cracked/broken when I opened the box. This is so frustrating. I don't recommend this laptop.

I bought this Lenovo C340 about a month ago and absolutely love it. It replaces my first chromebook, which lasted about 4.5 years. Here's my experience (and I'm going to talk about what it is, not what it isn't): The screen is amazing. It's so big and beautiful. If you like to watch movies, view multiple browser windows, zoom in for really big print, this screen will make you happy. It flips into tent and tablet mode so you can choose a view to match your lifestyle. The touchscreen works perfectly and gesture control is flawless. The keyboard is full size and has a 10-key on the right. Keys have good resistance for a satisfying typing experience. You can tell what you're doing while you're doing it. If you know what I'm talking about, you understand the importance of a stable and reactive keyboard. This is a total home run for Lenovo. The processing speed has taken everything I've thrown at it, and it leaves me in awe. Linux installed in no time and configured itself, so now I have dual operating systems... one requiring an online connection, and one stand alone. They run in parallel. I can stream a movie in one window on one OS and edit in GIMP on another. I'm just astounded at the power available here. For the price, well, I don't see how they can do it. You get so much for so little. I hope it lasts 4 years or so. I really could not be happier with the deal I got on this machine.

Use it for work. Easy to use. Light and great graphics. For what i use it for very quick.

I've never worked on a chromebook before and this was easy to use. The picture quality is awesome. The size of the screen is perfect. Zoom classes are a breeze and you can see and do so much. The keyboard is nice and big for big sausage fingers such as mine, I can easily help my kids without pressing a ton of keys all at the same time. Glad I bought this Chromebook!

Note that I bought this on sale for $350. With that price, this is a great value orientated Chromebook. Some comments: * It has some aluminum to give a more high end feel, although there is a good amount of plastic in the build. Still, it feels solid. * The screen is 15.6" which means it's nice and big. It's a touchscreen too, which is a nice feature. Fair warning: given the size of the screen, the laptop is on the heavier side. It's not heavy per se, but it's not light either. If you are looking for a light and highly portable Chromebook, you may want to look at one with a smaller screen. * I like how the keyboard has a number pad. Even with larger Chromebooks, you don't always find that feature. Note that the keyboard is not backlit, but you really don't find that feature in other value Chromebooks either. * The performance has been very good so far. I've not had an instance yet where I felt like the Chromebook has been slow. Also, this has 64 GB of storage which is nice if you install a lot of apps (esp. Android ones). * I've had no issues with battery life yet. I haven't spent time tracking how many hours I get on a charge, and everyone's mileage will vary with this anyway depending on how you use the laptop. Still, it's good enough where it's not a concern at all for me. One note to point out is that this is a Chromebook and not a Windows laptop. It seems like I'm stating the obvious, but if you buy a Chromebook you should be aware of what you're purchasing. Chrome OS is a different beast than Windows. There are certain areas where it's better than Windows, other areas where it's about the same although it may do things in different ways, and other areas where it's not as good. Whether Chrome OS is right for you depends on what you want to do. I won't go into all of those in detail since you can search and find a lot of helpful articles on this. I just wanted to note this so that you don't buy this Chromebook (or some other one) and give it a bad review because of an issue you had with Chrome OS itself rather than the actual laptop.

It's a good computer, fast, good picture, plenty of volume, clear sound. It really is good. I have only had it for about a month but so far so good. Really easy to use. The shifted keyboard took a little getting used to (due to having 10 key)..I love having the 10 key. Not alot of computers have 10 key so that is a plus with this computer

I purchased the Lenovo C340 to "surf the web". It was easy to set up and has plenty of speed for me. There are a few things to learn from a switch from a windows laptop. There's no turning back from a chromebook now. It's way easier and quicker. I would highly recommend if the specs fit your needs.

Bought 2 of these for my elementary school-aged kids for remote learning. I didn't want to wait on the school to supply them, but we got our own. I'm a Mac person, so there was a little bit of a learning curve, but I love Chrome, so that made it painless. Long battery life, beautiful HD screen. Very pleased with this purchase!

a quality piece of equipment that offers the convenience of a touch screen with the stability of finger pad or addable mouse. The keyboard is full size and includes a number pad. Add all of those features to the Chrome safety and performance and you have a top rate computer. Lenovo makes it RIGHT!

I am very pleased with this chrome book. It is relatively fast and works with my second monitor great. I am new to chrome book and it was fairly simple to set up and use apps. I would recommend this chrome book. I will say I bought it on sale for about 100 off . I would buy it again .

This Chromebook is a beaut! Its large, vibrant, 2-in-1 touchscreen makes this a great laptop or tablet. As a Chromebook, this is very simple to use. I bought this for my technically challenged 89 year old mother, and she took to it immediately. I very nice device at a very decent price.
