I am so happy I made this purchase. It is fast and touchscreen works well. It was super easy to set up! Mouse and keyboard are both wireless and has a camera which can be hidden. I haven't tried out the quality of the camera. All applications run smoothly, and I am very pleased with this all-in-one computer. Super quiet, too!

I purchased four of the Lenovo Touch-Screen All-In-One to be placed in a Library for public use. They are perfect for the space. The Geek Squad techs were very helpful in programming the computers to meet my needs.

Worth The Price for us Temp Work From Home People

Have been using this system now for work since Sept 2020. I purchased after my HP LapTop started to slow down (it is 6 years old so I'm lucky it lasted as long as it did). With the pandamic I was blessed enough to work in a industry where I am considered an essential worker and also flexibilty to go into the office at most twice a week. With this, I had to really get the hoke office together. So mad rush in September to get a working system to ensure my ability to access work tasks without delay. This is my 1st Lenovo & 1st all in one. The system price, specs & monitor size swayed me in purchasing this system. Not only is it easy to use. But, linked well to my second monitor and have no slow down in the multi screens and apps i have to access for work. Including logging into a remote desktop with secure VPN. With all this, I highly recommend investing into this system. Even if my work from home status starts to dwindle down as my healthcare colleagues are getting vaccines. I still believe this was a solid investment & worth the $550 price tag. In the Image attached the Lenovo is on the Right side. I am using a Dell 24" aprox. monitor as a 2nd screen. On a 59" inch wide desk.

The computer is a great addition for me. It is compact with no wires, touch screen works great and the monitor tilts up so work g standing up is easy. The speed is good. Video is ok. Audio is good. Live tv has no lag and clear picture. It has been a great buy.

Great full function all-in-one PC for everyday use

The computer is a vast improvement over our lenovo notebook. With more memory and more hard drive space it performs much better. The all in one design, the screen size, and the screen height all make this ideal for my wife's writing desk. Installation was simple. Considering the price, I cannot be more pleased with this purchase.

I can’t believe how well this product works. I’m in college and also do some online work. I was looking to buy a Mac Book to handle the workload but decided to purchase a cheaper option. Money well spent! It processes so quickly and the touch screen display makes my work go much quicker. It also has a wireless mouse and keyboard which works good for watching movies from my bed. The screen size is considerably large as well. I highly recommend this over alternatives, you won’t be unimpressed!

No Complaints!

Like most children, my young teenager has been distance learning for a year since the pandemic lockdowns began. She has been using both a Chromebook and a small Surface. At the halfway mark, she started getting weary and complaining that the laptop was too slow and the Surface was too small. Since momma bear couldn’t afford to buy her a computer, goldilocks began to save her birthday, Christmas and every other money that was given to her. Momma saved too! Five months later, we walked into our local Best Buy to check out our options and get a closer look at what we were believing and saving for. Not only were the associates welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, but to our wonderful surprise, we found this all-in-one Lenovo desktop that we were elated to carry out that evening. My heart is so thankful for God’s provision! She has been loving her new computer where she can also game on, and outside of homework—no more complaints!!

This computer is working well for me. I am truly enjoying having a bigger screen since I have been using a laptop for the past 30 years. This computer is a desktop yet it fits on my desk and is great in my small home workspace which is great now that I teach from home.

Do not purchase this computer, it is extremely slow, takes forever to get any rask done. Thought much better of it. It is the worst purchase of my life and my very first mistake, i have never purchased lenovo before and never ever will again. Waste of money

The Lenovo IdeaCentre A340-22 All-In-One system will boot from off to the Windows 10 Desktop Screen in less than 40-seconds. If you are getting slower than expected boot times and/or system performance is slower than expected, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programming errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. When I saw this computer online at another store, I started researching the specs and information online and located the item at Best Buy at a lower price and I also added the protection plan and the WD external Hard Drive. I have a work at home business and it worked out great for me and everything together for less than $800 is a blessing. I recommend all the items I purchased from Best Buy. My purchase was fast and easy checkout online, no waiting and was ready for delivery within days of purchase. It's works fast and has everything I need to complete all my important task/work.

Stopped working after only 13 months

Purchased one from Best Buy in March 2020 for an employee at the start of the pandemic. It was only used “lightly” a few evenings a week for some basic WFH activities. The computer just died in April 2021 (it won’t power/boot on). Lenovo says it’s out of warranty and won’t do anything about it. It literally looks brand new and still has all the film on it. Very disappointed with their response considering we own about 20-25 Lenovo computers. Time to look for an alternative.

To do this, unplug the computer from any power source. Let the computer sit unpowered for 15-minutes. Now plug the computer in. As you press the Power On Button, at the same time, repeatedly tap the F2 Key on your keyboard until you see the Lenovo One Key Recovery Screen. Once you see the OneKey Recovery Screen, follow the on-screen instructions to reset your computer. Once the reset is complete, you should be able to boot the computer normally. To learn your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. Good for casual users

Setup was easy since there is only one wire (power cord). With only 8GB RAM, you won't get great performance for graphics, but it is sufficient for office packages, viewing photos, email, browsing the Internet, etc. This must have been last year's model because I got a good price. It is not available any more although Lenovo does have an updated model. I bought this for my father and the screen is too high for easy viewing and is not adjustable. (He has to raise his head to look out the lower part of his glasses.) The Delete key is as tall as two keys and above the Enter key. (It takes getting used to.) There is no NumLock indicator so it's trial-and-error to use the key pad. (Wish Windows booted up with NumLock on). There are 4 USB ports (one on side, 3 in back) and HDMI, I think. It's hard to insert a USB into the side port because it has to be held exactly straight. Otherwise, it's very sleek, doesn't take up lots of desk space and there are no wires getting tangled. It's a good basic PC. It does not come with office software.
