LENOVA REFURB
This was a refurb unit. Arrived with "serious virus" that I finally got rid of. Still would not function correctly, The windows on this was basically bootleg according to activation. Service is incredibly slow to respond

Beware!
My refurbished laptop arrived with 25 different viruses on it!! Be cautious when buying a refurbished product from Best Buy!

Full of Malware and Virus's. Terrible Support Team
Also received full of malware. Has a miner preinstalled! Incorrect ram size. And to top it off bestbuy support who wont do anything. Was delayed 3 days due to "packaging" so I need it now. So installing windows myself and having to buy more ram myself. Awesome

Great price, good laptop, , but a little buggy
There are a few issues: 1) Computer shows there are two batteries. One that is the actual laptop battery, and another one that doesn't exist. This brings two annoying situations: it shows a maximum of 50% battery life, and it keeps prompting a "battery not found" error 2) Sometimes, the computer will stay in a black screen if I don't log into it quickly enough after start up. I had to restart the computer multiple times

False title for the laptop
False title. Received the laptop and it only has 8GB of RAM. And I decided on this laptop versus other similar brands because of the 16GB of RAM
