Q: Can I pack this as a carry on? Will it pass through security?
A: Yes, without issue. I have flown with mine several times.
A: The Lenovo ThinkVision M14 monitor, model number 61DDUAR6US, can not be daisy-chained to another monitor. The ThinkVision M14 Monitor ships with 2 x USB 3.1 Type-C (DP1.2 Alt Mode) video inputs, so you have flexibility when positioning your external screen on either side of the laptop you are connecting to. There is no video out capability from these ports to another monitor. You would need to connect the monitor directly to the laptop or through a compatible multi-monitor universal docking station.
