Half Waif Nandi Rose is on her own again, and three songs into her forthcoming album The Caretaker, the singer, songwriter and producer declares her fearlessness InchBaby don't worry about me, I don't worry about you.Inch Here, on InchOrdinary Talk,Inch Rose meditates on the heaviness of ordinary moments, the constellation of tears and chores and self-doubt and small talk that comprise being a person, accompanied by her most cinematic, pulsing arrangements to date. It's an apt introduction to The Caretaker, an ax-lbum that negotiates the space between working alone and with others, between isolation and connection. The result is her boldest work yet. Over the course of eleven songs, Rose creates the rich world of a humid summer night, dreaming of and reaching for a season in which she is her Inchbest self.Inch Album Tracks 1. Clouds Rest 2. Since 1969 UFO is one of the world's leading Hardrock bands with an extraordinary history. Having started as a Boogie-influenced formation they soon turned to psychedelic influenced sounds on their second album InchFlyingInch. A major stylistic change came in 1973, when Michael Schenker joined the band and UFO then defined their particular hard rock style. After the departure of Schenker in 1979 Paul Chapman joined the band with whom they released the album InchNo Place To RunInch in 1980. This was produced by none other than the famous Beatles-producer George Martin. This album marked another chapter in the history of the band. Chapman did not make the mistake of simply imitating Schenker's style, instead the music became rougher and earthier. With this line up (Pete Way, Phil Mogg, Andy Parker, Paul Chapman and Neil Carter on guitar and keyboards) UFO appeared on November 29th 1980 at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund for a legendary Rockpalast-Concert. From the first notes of InchLettin' GoInchyou can hear an experienced band celebrating a compact, homogenic, and straight forward performance. Leaving the spacerock-area of the first two albums behind, UFO presented the highlights of their then recent albums InchLights OutInch (InchToo Hot To HandleInch), InchObsessionInch (InchOnly You Can Rock MeInch, InchCherryInch), the best songs of InchNo Place To RunInch (InchLettin' GoInch, InchNo Place To RunInch and the magnificent Elvis Presely-cover of InchMystery TrainInch) as well as the breathtaking encore InchRock BottomInch and InchDoctor DoctorInch which to this date were the biggest hits of UFO so far. Not only for fans, this concert remains a stunning document of the power and perfection of one of the greatest Hardrockbands that have ever existed. Now available as re- in a CD-Digi incl. DVD and CD. Album Tracks 1. Lettin' Go 2. Long Gone 3. Cherry 4. Onl
