Q: Can this go through the wall ? I have an 18k BTU I’m looking to replace same measurements
A: The 18,000 BTU 230/208-Volt Window Air Conditioner with Cool, Heat and Remote, Model # LW1816HR is designed for installation in standard single-hung or double-hung windows and as such, requires those type of widows for proper installation. The louvers in the unit's casing must remain exposed to the outside of the structure and this unit cannot be placed in a wall sleeve, wall in the hole or installations other than in single-hung or double hung windows are not recommended. ^CP
