A: There is a small joy stick under the LG logo on the front of the monitor. You have to put your finger under that spot, you will feel a small joy stick which can be used to turn the monitor off. This is how you can turn off that annoying message about the input cables. This joy stick can be used for the input selector for the monitor as well as a menu for the monitor.
A: I had the same problem. After doing some research i realized that the hub has be to able to transmit HDMI 2.0 signals, which allows for 60hz refresh rates. If it isnt able to do HDMI 2.0 then the picture maxes out at 30hz refresh rate. Most USB C hubs on the market currently are not compatable with HDMI 2.0, so you need to find one which specifically says it does support 2.0. Another fix to the problem is to get a USB C to DisplayPort cable. Displayport cables work natively at 60hz. This is how i fixed the problem on my monitor and it now works perfectly smooth. Hope this helps!
A: Yes, they are a 100 x 100 vesa mountable, screws are already there for mounting to the stand
A: I think the ATI Radeon 5770 has max resolution of 2560x1600 with DVI and displayport. HDMI has 1920x1200. You can go to AMD website and find the specs for your GPU.
A: No, this does not have speakers.
Q: Is it possible to hook up a PlayStation 4 to this monitor?
A: Yes it is as long as the playstation has HDMI
A: Hello. Im not aware of any speakers being sold for this monitor as in “LG” speakers specific to the monitor. I have this monitor and I use my bluetooth (Sony xb20) for convenience. I connect via aux cord so your choice on speakers will be very broad. Anything that will connect via aux i.e sound bars for example.
Q: Does this support 4K with 60fps?
A: Runs 4K@60Hz
