Everything about this unit is great. Tested the heating and the air and it works fine. Cord is nice and long. Comes with brackets, expanders....etc. The only down side, and its a big one, is this is 66lbs. I've used AC units since the 80s, some double this size almost, and they were lighter. Not sure if its because of the heater end of it (not had one like that before). But even for a man in his 40s like myself, it was so darn heavy and a pain to move.

I’ve had a good experience with this LG window unit so far. It cools my room pretty quickly and the supplemental heat function is a nice bonus during colder days. The smart features and remote access make it convenient to control even when I’m not right next to the unit.

The controls are intuitive, whether via the remote, quiet operation, and energy efficiency. Cooling performance is strong, with fast temperature drop even in larger rooms.

Both the heat and cooling functions work well. Definitely one of the quieter window units. Also, with the LG app you can control the machine even when you’re out of the house.

It gets a 5-star rating due to the incredible value for an LG AC/heat combo unit. It was a bit tough to install but it's super-secure, it's never going to fall out of the window LOL. It's only been running for about a month in June but so far, so good.
