I bought this because the description said it was better than previous models at up scaling. I have the LG C 4 83” and the LG 83” C 6H was not really noticeable better at up scaling or clarity. The remote and operating system wasn’t any better than the C4. I ended up returning it, and keeping my C4 instead. If you have an older model LG or another brand this TV would be a great improvement, but if not keep what you have.

Great Big Picture, crystal clear 4k. Sound is better than expected -- you could get by with no sound bar its passable. Real downside is that there is so many options it takes bit of trial and error to get the picture just right for your room (eg. brightness, contrast, black levels). My room is very bright -- lots of glass and this works just great. The AI "stuff" doesn't seem to make too much of an impact, IMO. And be prepared that many streams and such are much lower resolution than this TV supports....

Hello! I spent months deciding if I wanted this or the G6. The main differences is the G6 has a better reflective coating and slightly higher brightness. I watch 4k HDR Blu-ray’s and play Xbox and PC games. I hooked every device up to this tv and it is seriously impressive. The colors pop and the whites are so bright. The refresh rate on both my Xbox and PC are impressive. I also experimented with using the GeForce Now app on the LG tv OS and it runs flawlessly, even on wireless connection. The Gsync works as intended too. I connected my Xbox controller via Bluetooth to the TV and streamed Cyberpunk 2077 via GeForce Now on ultra 4k settings. The tv didn’t flinch and it felt like I was gaming on my pc. Gamers and movie enthusiasts rejoice, get this tv and save a couple thousand. It’s just as good as the G6. As far as reflection, I have a huge open rooom with big windows and I can game during the day with no glare and I don’t even notice it if it is there. I did a LOT of research, this tv is the one if your going back and forth between the G6 and this. Happy gaming.

The colors are so bright and vivid. It’s like I have a movie theater in my home. It’s comparable to the new G6 as well in panel and performance.

My new 83 inch LG TV is the best TV I’ve ever seen. beautiful color, beautiful picture, beautiful sharpness, by far the best TV I’ve ever seen.

This TV is unbelievable! I am amazed at the color an the sharpness of the screen. So happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Upgrading from a Samsung q7 and this tv blows it outta the water. Had my eye on a Sony Bravia 8 but couldn’t be happier with my choice!
