Its very spacious and look so good. I love the middle drawer so much. There's 3 kinds of ice and you can choose you want more or few production of ice everyday. My fridge is connected to my wifi and phone so it does tell me if something is wrong with it. Overall, I love it. I have enough space for my food groceries and left over food.

Amazing refrigerator, sleek, excellent capacity. Couldn’t be happier. My only complaint is when it was installed the doors were uneven and I was told someone would contact me to repair it and that hasn’t happened.

We’ve only had the refrigerator for about two weeks but so far so good. It has a ton of space and I love the slow close doors, no more slamming! The convertible drawer is great, makes it very easy for grab and go items.

So far very happy with our purchase. Our old one stopped working around Xmas time and Best Buy was able to get our new one just in time for our Family party!! Thank you BB!!

Looks sharp and has some cool features. No pun intended. :-) getting 4 stars because middle drawer gets a little stiff when pulling out, maybe just needs time to wear in. Also, this was our 3rd one due to the previous 2 of the same had defects. Lastly, something noticed on all 3 was the right door slightly higher. Just need to adjust it a little when I have time. LG gives you the tools to do so. Best Buy was great in resolving the issues and exchanges timely.

This is a very nice looking fridge, and very functional. Tons of room, and the extra customizable drawer for fridge/freezer is very nice. This beast makes a lot of ice also with it's 2 ice makers. Ice in the door for the dispenser, and ice down in the freezer drawer as well that falls into a handy removable bin. The upper ice maker bin is also easily accessible, and can also be removed to dump ice into a cooler, bag, etc just like the bottom one. Between the 2 ice makers, you can fill 2 gallon bags in a day. The anti slam doors are a nice touch as well! Nice big selves on the RH door that are spacious, more than big enough for a gallon of milk plus. The customizable extra drawer has a movable divider, and is deep enough you can fit a whole 12pk of cans into a space, and still have the rest of the drawer free to use. Very simple to use ice/water touch selection at the dispenser. The rest of the controls on this one are inside at the edge of the RH door, handy if you have kids, and less chance of accidentally getting pushed. Runs quietly. Has a easy change water filter that lasts 6 months, and an in fridge air filter as well for odor control! Connects to your Wi-Fi so you can use the LG Thin Q app. This is a large fridge, but the doors and drawers come off fairly easily so it can fit through a doorway and be reassembled in the final location. LG thought of everything, and the Best Buy Geek Squad guys made quick work of doing this, easy peazy! We already had a dark stainless LG dishwasher, but did not want to pay the extra $ for that on this fridge. No matter, as the regular stainless goes fine wish the dishwasher, and looks awesome in our kitchen. The handle-less doors and drawers save room, and give this fridge a sleek modern look. We love it!

This refrigerator is awesome. Very simple boxy design with tons of usable space. Perfect for my family of 4. My favorite thing about the fridge is the ice makers and the smart ice feature. It has a ice maker in the left top door and an ice maker in the bottom freezer. The smart ice feature allows the ice maker to make ice based on demand and will turn off the ice makers once the ice boxes are full.

Not having door handles takes some getting used to but we love the clean, no-handle look. The convertible middle drawer will come in handy. We have not tried setting it to freezer mode yet but having the option is a great feature. Note: Smaller ice cubes come from the door while larger ice cubes are made in the freezer and drop into the large tray.

Really happy with this fridge. It’s sleek and fits a lot. I also like that the water dispenser is on the outside. This is my first time getting a fridge with a drawer in between the top and bottom. So far really like it! I keep a bunch of snacks in there and it’s nice you can convert it to a freezer space too if you prefer or keep it as fridge temp.

Purchased this refrigerator from Best Buy Outlet just about a month ago. It did have a couple of dents and scratches, fortunately nothing too visible in the front. However, the inside of the inside of the refrigerator had the original packaging. It works amazingly well, and have a lot more storage than the one we had before. And having dual ice maker just puts the cherry on top. Highly recommend.

I love this refrigerator. The pocket handles are sleek. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase. Pros: -The soft close doors close themselves -There are 2 sizes of ice cubes, smaller from door dispenser, larger in freezer drawer -The flex drawer is great because it can be adjusted to suit your needs -Pocket handles eliminate bulky handles -The darker stainless steel so pretty & looks so sleek Cons: - I wish the drawers were self closing - I wish it came with an ice scoop

We’ve had the refrigerator several weeks now and love it. It’s huge! Large capacity drawers and love the flex drawer. Right now we are using it as a built-in salad bar.

Love our new LG fridge with double ice makers. One in the door and one in the freezer. Has lots of room. The gentlemen that delivered it were very nice, knowledgeable with their experience of installing the fridge. I did tell them that we had an appt scheduled for 5/10 but Best Buy geek squad were a no show, not even a phone call that they weren’t coming after receiving an email from Best Buy at 6:31am stating they’ll see us between 8:21am- 12:21pm that day. They both agreed I should’ve received my order on the scheduled date. I called customer service only to find out they rescheduled me for Sat 5/11. Told them this was unacceptable as my old fridge went out the night of 4/19. I’ve been doing without a fridge for that long. Again no calls or email stating that there was an opening for Friday 5/11. I took this appt. I was so excited when I finally received my fridge. Lousy communication on Best Buy end. Something they need to work on. Both my husband and I stayed home on Wed for them not to show up. We both stayed home on Friday as well to make sure they came. Lost my respect for Best Buy over this. I think they should do something for us the wrong way we were treated but then again all they wanted was our money, not our loyalty because they surely didn’t show us any loyalty. After buying several large appliances from them a few years back don’t know if I trust them with any future orders.

My dream refrigerator! It has so much room. My favorite part is the middle drawer that can be used refrigerated or as a freezer. I’m short, so reaching the back of the top shelf was a bit of an issue until I added a rotating shelf organizer. Now, no more problem.

this refrigerator is beautiful so much room My previous refrigerator was also an lg. It was a cu larger so I thought it woonly downsize I could say is that itdose not have a separate place fpr the butter or the eggs thje crisper are also very big

Very compact design, bit have lots of space. Perfect for small apartment. The water dispenser with filter is bonus for this size.

Mixed opinion up to this point. We had to replace the first one we received due to the center drawer binding with nothing in it. The second one operated free and smoothly at ambient temperatures, until the fridge reached factory set temperatures, where it is now binding again. This develops overnight. Clearly an inherent design issue for LG. I will continue to use it for a little while to see if it “breaks in” before contacting BestBuy, again, for replacement since I am a BestBuy Total member. Other than that, it’s quiet, cold and roomy. I gave this a no recommendation until LG solves the mechanical temperature shift problem. I assigned the Quality rating at Average for the repeating OTB issue.

Nice looking refrigerator. The extra drawer is great for cheese and a few bottles of wine. Having the 2nd ice-maker means I always have extra ice when lots of people are over. My wife loves the look of no door handles.

Great fridge! Love the convert drawer, and no handles. Best Buy coming back to align doors better. Stainless front was flawless. Duel ice makers also work great
