This microwave looks good, BB delivered and installed without big issues. Bought it because it matches my fridge. Microwave seems to work ok. They advertise it as 1650 watts. Not sure how this is measured because my 10yr old 1000w microwave performed on par. If you put a cup of water for 1 minute in this thing, water will get quite warm, but not too hot to drink. Convection mode is lacking. What happens when you put a sandwich at 425 degrees in an air frier for 5 minutes? You get a toasty sandwich. What happens when you put the same sandwich at the same temperature in this microwave on convection mode? Your cheese edges melt a bit, but the rest of the sandwich stays cold. Will I send the unit back because of this? No, the thing is installed and I need a microwave anyway primarily, which works ok so far, but disappointing on other levels. This thing is overpriced, lets hope built quality is good, although as you can see from a pic door/body is a bit out of alignment, but not terrible; it just fit in the spot between cabinets. The guys scratched cabinets a little bit when trying to fit this in, but it is barely noticeable.

Great buy. Loved this microwave oven from the moment I saw it advertised. I received it a month ago and it shines great in my kitchen. I am afraid to convection cook for fear of getting it dirty. Ha!ha!

The microwave is amazing and goes perfectly with the rest of the LG studio set. The functionality is super easy to use and, as a product, it’s probably the best microwave we’ve ever had. I deducted a star because of the issues we’ve had getting the microwave and the installation process. The microwave came damaged (it’s cosmetic only) and we have been waiting over a month for someone to tell us when we can get a replacement (it;s backordered?). We’re still paying for this one. Also, the installers installed the microwave in the wrong place, so there is a one inch gap between the unit and the cabinet instead of being flush. I would have deducted more stars, but that seems wrong considering that we are supposed to get a replacement and we really love the unit.

I wish we could set timer for specific no. of seconds rather than 10-second increments. Light is great, but wish it had night light too as our previous microwave did.

This item is made of high quality material and engineered very professionally with a lot of features , this works perfectly fine and easy to use, high wattage make it work done faster than the other microwave /brands. Happy To Bought it.

It's definitely a nice unit. BUT - LG failed to light-up the control panel, so if you are trying to perform a function when it's not very light out or not in a really well-lit room, you cannot read the funtion labels without turning on a light. Not a big fan of the big dial, and dislike having no numbers on the panel. Maybe this is the new thing, and I'm old-fashioned. Looks very attractive.

Wouldn’t recommend. Overpriced. The least attractive appliance in the Studio collection. I bought this because I wanted to save space on my countertop and eliminate my toaster oven. Since this microwave is supposed to have a built-in convection oven as well, I figured this could replace my daily need for a toaster oven. It doesn’t work well at all. I am still using my cheap and old toaster oven instead of using this over the range convention oven microwave. I also dislike the dial.

This is a fancy microwave! It is aesthetically pleasing and very easy to use. I love the dial instead of pressing buttons. I haven’t used the convection feature yet, I will probably use it for light baking like cookies or muffins. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase.

I have had this microwave for a couple of weeks now, without any issues. There is a learning curve on this microwave, other than basic microwaving of turning the dial and pressing start. The instructions are clear, but I do find myself still referring to them for certain functions. This is because I do not use all the other functions this microwave is capable of on a daily bases. There is one complaint; I wish there was a back lighting on the push pads. I fear the white lettering might wear off over time.

Really own this .. substantial and feels well built . The knob Is a bit unusual these days but is easy to use. The only beef it is doesn't have a night light for the stove and the keypad has no lights and is not easy to read unless you have very good light.

This is A ease of use item neat and works well , I'm glad I chose this model. Great going

I think this has got to be the best microwave I have ever owned.

Nice looking, but takes way too long to heat up. I am very disappointed I thought this would be a great alternative to heating up the oven but that is not so. Also the settings are very confusing.

I love the experience shopping with Best Buy however this microwave I give 4 stars there are too many steps to set the time on the clock my kenmore elite stopped working after 13 years and I brought this microwave because it had a stainless cavity and it was available immediately.

LOVE this new microwave although the learning curve was steep. I did not find the manual as helpful as a couple of YouTube tutorials. Then, I just played with the buttons and settings. I still need to master the convection settings, but have not needed those yet.

Like LG brand. Microwave also is conventional and not complicated to use. Glad I bought it.

Looks amazing - works great - plays a little tune when your food is ready lol!
