I am beyond impressed with the Lifepro Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate! The strength of the vibration is outstanding! I can really feel the difference compared to other machines I’ve tried. It makes my workouts so much more effective, whether I’m focusing on strength, balance, or recovery. I sit behind a computer all day, so I will sometimes just place my feet on the vibration plate while sitting at my desk to help with circulation. I am feeling a huge difference, especially in my legs. I also love that it comes with resistance bands. Being able to pair them with different exercises while using the machine really takes my routine to the next level. It’s like having a mini full-body workout system right at home. The machine itself feels sturdy and well-built, and I actually look forward to hopping on it every day. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. This is absolutely worth it. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

This plate has amazing settings...so many chouces if how to use it. Warnkng: it is very powerful so start slow. I have krpt my left leg ftom swellkng with lymphadema. Only 10 minutes am & pm is all you need to do.

I like the vibration board for what it’s intended to be used for but the knocking/slapping sound is unacceptable. I’ve tried several times to get a hold of Tech Support at the company. No luck. I have recently emailed and now I received the email back looking for more information, waiting to hear back from them as to how to repair and/or replace the unit. If it weren’t for this mechanical issue, I would really like it a lot more!

I added this to my fitness routine and am thrilled so far! After just a few minutes on the Rumblex Max, my muscles feel looser, I have less joint stiffness, and I feel energized. I've noticed a significant improvement in my circulation and flexibility. I even use it for a quick, low-impact session on days when I can't get a full workout in, and it still feels incredibly beneficial. Overall, the product quality is great, and it’s easy to setup and use. I would highly recommend it!

Blown away with this vibration plate really helps with muscle relaxation and lymphatic drainage

I purchased this about a month ago. The unit will not power on. The red power switch lights up but the unit will not turn on. I do not see an option to return so I guess thats it.
