Logitech - Pro Flight X52 Pro Flight System Gaming Controller for PC - Black

I am unsure if this was a packaged model of the device that's been in backlog or something. But rather than show up with the PS/2 to usb cable that this site says it should arrive with it instead arrived with a straight ps/2 ps/2 cable. This is an extreme issue as I play on a laptop and don't have a ps/2 port. Once I am able to use the flightstick hopefully tomorrow when I purchase an adapter or cable I will either edit this review or post another updating my opinion. The local best buy did not have the cable or adapter I needed, they recommended a different local electronics store that was unfortunately closed by the time I received my package. My keyboard and mouse double ps/2 adapter did not work for this, this could either be because the cable is damaged, or more likely it was simply unhappy with it. I am not fully sure since it could be either. However it feels good to grip, the quality of the design is wonderful, comes with suction feet to attach firmly to your desk or table, buttons have a nice click and the stick and throttle move smoothly. How they perform in my games I will see.

I love how these look and they perform pretty well. I though they would be built a little better though. Mine has scraping sound when moving the joystick to the left but it doesn't effect performance. Overall a good set. Use it for Star Citizen.

This systems really well and offers a very fair starting point for people wanting to start using flight sticks the controls operate smoothly with not catches or snags the rudder controls are a little stiff so some paddles might be in order at some point but all in all this is a very sturdy useful product!

bought this to use with a flight combat game, only to find the software (ace combat 7) didn't support it. BIG plus, i found the programming to be way more than sufficient to make it work. was very pleased with the mechanical customization (right stick distance between index and pinky, throttle stiffness), but would be even happier with something similar for stick rotation. the manual could be more detailed, but i don't find that unusual.

Not what I was expecting. All the buttons and switches work fine and the LEDs are cool but the joystick centering springs are far too weak. Even out of the box there was a noticeable forward lean simply sitting on my desk. In flight the input was vague with a massive dead zone.
