A: MacOs Magnifying Desktop fix, go to System preferences Security and privacy Privacy Screen recording Give permission (Check the box) to Logi Presentation This worked for me, hope it helps
Q: What accessories go with this and does it come with a long life battery?
A: A leather sleeve, and the charging cable: USB -C on one end and USB-A on the other.. The USBC goes inside the pointer, the USB-A connects to any charger or your computer. One minute charge gives three hours of charge to the battery. It is a built-in rechargeable battery. If fully charged it apparently lasts up to three months.

Q: Will this product work with Samsung smart TV?
A: It should work with any TV. It even works when I'm using my external monito.r
A: In order to use the "Spotlight" and related features you must download the software to each computer you intend to use it on. Otherwise you just get forward and backward during presentations. It is unfortunate as most corporate computers will not allow you to download the software where you need it. Creates quite a hassle. I ended up returning mine and purchasing the Logitech R800 with green laser pointer.
