Q: Does this case turn off the I Pad when you close it?

A: Yes, it turns off every time I close it.

Q: do the side grips holding iPad in place break. mine do

A: THe first version of this product that happened to me, but the newer version of the product the clips are much sturdier.

Q: I already have my ipad pro in a lifeproof nuud case. Can I use this keyboard case without taking off my lifeproof case?

A: No, I had to take off the lifeproof case in order use this keyboard case. However this keyboard case we much more beneficial than my lifeproof case. This case has a stand, a keyboard, and a case protector. I am happy with this purchase.

Q: What material is this case?

A: It seems like a high tech nylon and is resistant to spills and stains. FYI a, my battery died after 10 weeks and wouldn't last more than a few days with successive charges.

Q: Does the battery on this keyboard need replacing at some point? Mine is losing its charge faster and faster.

A: Don't know. My battery lasts long, recharges quickly when needed.

Q: Can the ipad be removed easily from the case?

A: Absolutely

Q: is there a mouse feature built in on the keyboard ?

A: There is no touch pad or connection for a mouse. It is for typing and you have to use the touch screen of the iPad to navigate similarly like a mouse. There are function keys that are short cuts to some of the tablets functionality including a home key and lock key.

Q: Is there emf protection. If not do you have any cover with keyboard for ipad ii air with emf

A: No, it doesn't have an emf protection.
