1st aspect of my review is about the product quality, which is phenomenal. The sound is rich and clear. All instruments sound really nice on this speaker. The bass has a nice punch as well. The only drawback, which is a small one and also seems to be a consistent minor problem from all Marshall products, is that volume is a bit low for maybe 1-4. After 4 the volume goes up significantly higher or louder. Battery life is excellent. Out of the box, I have not even charged it once. I hear it maybe 45 minutes a day, about 2-3 times a week. The “Open Box” Excellent condition I am highly disappointed about. Look at my images, it looks worn out, perhaps some water damage or Sun screen? I wiped it down with a microfiber cloth thoroughly and those scuffs don’t seem to go away. I’ve bought “Open Box” Excellent before and never had any issues. This Excellent condition however, seems questionable. The box and cables and manual type papers seem fine. Wondering if someone sat by the pool with this or something. The flaky - chalky type substance doesn’t seem to go away.

This speaker is great! It’s compact but the sound is impressive! The bass is good but obviously it’s not going to sound as good as a big speaker but overall this is great. I use it in my garage when I’m working on my car. My only gripe is that it lacks customizable EQ. The App only has 2 presets or maybe 3 and that’s all you can use. Sound is still amazing though. Love that the sound output is both from the front and back of speaker!

Have been looking for a small speaker for the past few months. I was undecided between the Bose and JBL. Ultimately I opted for the Marshall Emberton 2. I have it in my living room as I always put music throughout the day! Nice clean sound. Very loud. I also take it camping with me and the battery lasts a few days. Awesome purchase definitely recommend it!

For the size this an amazing speaker. Sounds much bigger than its size. Wanted to go with something different from the standrad JBL or Bose. The design of the speaker is elegant and high end. Got an awesome deal on price.

Bought 2. And use them on stereo mode. I charge them like once a week. And the sound is real crispy

As a guitar player who uses Marshall amplifiers, I can honestly say that this little guy blasts music just as competently as a 10 watt amplifier. It’s stunning, and everyone who hears me use it immediately buys one themselves. Totally worth the price, do yourself a favor and try this bad boy out.

The sound is loud and perfectly connects to my ipad and the charging is pretty stable i like the two side speakers

The form factor of this speaker would make you think the sound coming from it would be equal in stature, however that would be incorrect. There is truly a nice round sound with balanced bass and treble coming through to make a crisp feeling while listening. Add on the very cool retro style and tactile feel while being water resistant and you have 5 stars and definite recommend from me.

Great sound. Can't believe you get this quality of stereo sound from little small size speaker. It really rocks. It lasts a long time. It really cranks. I drive a forklift and use it on it. It's great outside. Take it on walks. It sounds like you're taking your stereo system with you, but you're just carrying about a pound and a half speaker easy to use it's tough and rugged but looks beautiful. It looks like it's on stage with all those amps and speakers at the rockstars use. I'm happy with it. People who hear it thinks it's great. The music from the '70s and '80s sound great on it like it was made for it. I'm pretty impressed the easy to set up and when someone calls you on the phone you can talk to him through it. I love the clear sound quality of this speaker! I use this one in my office at work, when our Sonos system isn't connecting (which is too often), Background music is a must for me while working. I especially love to crank it up after hours. It makes overtime enjoyable. Not only is the sound quality spot on, but the classic, attractive design is a major plus in my work space as well.

Great quality sound. Rigid design and they make protective skins of all different colors for it so you're not stuck with one color. It has a hanging clip for mobility and when placed against a wall it's pretty much second to none. Oh and also it just looks awesome!
