Easily the best legacy collection it there. Get this is you want to legally experience early 2000s nostalgia. If you want to do everything there is to do and in every version of each game there is easily 200-300 hours of gameplay packed in this game along with (paid) online vs with pretty good connection despite being on Nintendo services..

Yes! Waited 15 years for this. Very nice collection, plays even better than I remember. I got 6 stars on Blue playing on a Micro when you were just a twinkle in ya daddy's eye. But give me a Switch any day. These games shine on the larger display and additional setting configurations available are what set it apart from other ports. Beautiful release I can only hope leads to new content being developed for the series. Game can be difficult at points, but this is Mega Man we are talking about here. And this is even one of the less difficult Mega Man adaptions out there in the gaming sphere. So give it a shot. You will soon discover even 1 of the titles included in this collection make the Legacy Collection a no brainer pick up. Soundtrack A+. Gameplay A+. Value A+.

I'm a huge fan of the Battle Network series of games. It's been years since I last played these games on the Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS. I'm really glad Nintendo brought these games over to the Switch, so I could have a second chance to play these. I just hope Nintendo can do the same with the StarForce series next.

6 Games, and 20 years of gaming, if you played the GBA games, the Switch version is the best way to play battle network.

Fantastic, with a few exceptions (those games know who they are) and the pre-order DLC came in about 4 days later after pickup. CHECK YOUR EMAIL PEOPLE.

Such a great collection of the classic Battle Network games. Easy access to all versions of the 6 mainline games makes this collection fun and nostalgic! If you were ever a fan of the series, pick this up, the value is incredible with how much you get and how many hours you’ll sink into each game. The games hold up shockingly well to today’s standards of strategy, turn based, and also real time action games—so even if you’ve never played, anyone can have fun and be challenged by the series. Im hopeful that this legacy collection demonstrates a continued interest in this style of game for the future!

Battle Network is an interesting series. I like to consider it the uncle of the modern day card battling genre of games. You have a series of command chips in a deck for use in battle, which takes place on a grid, where you position Megaman.exe in order to hit enemies on the other side of the screen in the fusion child of a card game and chess. When not in battle, you're treated to Capcom's GBA era writing in story and dialogue, filled with references to other Capcom series, some non Capcom series, and all of the delightful feeling of a Saturday Morning Cartoon. It's cheesy and silly, but a lot of fun. The first game in the collection is a little rough, but 2, 3, and 6 are excellent. 4 and 5 are middling to bad. That said when you play 3, Make Sure you play Blue Version. White version is an unfinished beta. 4-6 are all built with two versions in mind, Pokemon Style, so make sure you research which version you want to play for the next game.

I am 200 hours in and see no signs of slowing down. Capcom really knocked it out of the park, allowing us to relive childhood in a modern manner. These games are hidden and unique masterpieces. The bang for your buck here is incredible!
