Absolutely love this! I’ve been using for a couple weeks now and can feel the difference in my body! So many different things you can do with this too. I added weights etc to my routine and feel more results than other workout equipment I have tried.

This product is integral in daily routine! Cant go a day without using it. From exercise and mobility, relief from walking all day, stress, upset stomach. The benefits are more than what is advertised!

Works great! My entire family from the 4 year old to the 50 year old love it! Works great and the price was nice. Only foreseeable issue would be that it only has a remote and can’t be turned operated by the plate itself.

I bought this to exercise my leg due to a knee issue. I like that the machine keeps my muscles are moving since I can no longer take my three short walks a day. I need to try other ways to use it but I think it has been a worthwhile buy for just what I use it for.
