I've been very impressed with this MERACH rowing machine. It's sturdy, well-built, and provides a smooth rowing motion that feels comfortable and natural. The magnetic resistance is whisper quiet, making it easy to work out without disturbing anyone else in the house. The 16 resistance levels offer plenty of options for beginners and more experienced users, and the dual slide rail design feels stable even during more intense workouts. Assembly was straightforward, and the machine has a relatively small footprint for the quality it offers. The companion app is a nice bonus, helping keep workouts engaging and making it easy to track progress over time. This rowing machine was actually so easy to put together, and it works great.

As a budget friendly rowing machine, this product is effective. For me, the bar to row, gives me the kind of hold I need to continuously row without readjusting my hands. The low noise allows me to row in my office without interrupting others. To be able to get in a quick twenty minute workout in the office makes this product ideal. While I think most rowers on the market can do that, this product works best for me. The only things I would alter would be the height of the machine itself and the width and comfort of the seat. however, overall I think it's a decent product for the cost, so far. I have only had it for a couple weeks.
