I Really can’t believe how much I enjoy doing the vibration plate. I plan on taking it on vacation next week!!! Oh, my cat enjoys it too

Compact but gives strong vibes, wish the base was a little wider, but still great to use. User friendly

Since using my vibration plate, the swelling in my legs has gone down significantly. It is also helping reduce arthritis pain in my knee. Only 10 minutes a day to feeling better. I have it placed behind a chair in my living room, just in case I feel unstable, I can grab on the the chair.

I love this plate!! I use it morning and night! It helps with restless leg sydrome and my sore hips from standing with my job. It also burns calories!! The only reason it isn't a 10 is because i did not recieve the handles for the band in the box. Just the remote and the rubber bands.

I love it! It has a ton of levels, the size is really nice. I can stand comfortable with my legs shoulder width apart. It really made my muscles relax after use and I sleep better.
