It fit perfect in my 2001 bmw 325 i. It also keeps my cd player/ tv snug for safe support with no gaps like i like.

This is exactly what I need to convert my single din into the double din and fit my 2005 330xi(e46) it came with some extra stuff i didn't use but have everything I needed to make the conversion. Great fit.
