The brackets that hold the radio onto the dash kit are made of plastic. I feel like installing the dash kit people have broken those plastic brackets and they have been taken out of other kits to be replaced. It wasn't until the he third dash kit, That it was actually new and came with the brackets. I get trying not to waste what people return. But check to make sure everything is there. Re-ordering it 3 times meant 2 wasted appointments with the installer at Best Buy. Product works fine one actually in your car though.

Other than the crazy cost associated with this part, I can’t really complain about anything. Everything works better than expected. IMPORTANT: If your vehicle is disconnected from the battery this device requires that you re-select the head unit brand each and every time. ALSO: the head unit brand in the menu does not always match your head unit. I had to select “Magnadyne” for my SONY head unit to work properly.

The unit works well, although the functions on the led touch screen don't work exactly as the original OEM buttons did. Once I figured this out, it was just like the original and works just as well.

It was a dash kit. It made my car able to accept an 8-inch screen. The screen fits neatly, and hasn't dropped out or anything. It does its job.

Best Buy of Pueblo took excellent care of me as a customer. However, the product worked for a few days then drained my car battery of all it's power and shut down the electrical components of the steering wheel. Was not able to control the heater at all. This was a big problem since it was Winter time. I will not purchase this product again.

Little details is given for this so it does not entail if other radios will fit in this. Why is the previous model fusions just $50 when this is $500?!
