Well, this was an open box purchase and unfortunately, I did not receive the correct charger for this computer. The charger I received has a round input and this computer doesn't have anywhere for it to connect. Thankfully, an old surface changer worked, but I will have to replace that soon. Apart from that, it is working well so far.

This is literally the best laptop I've every bought, and may stay that way for a long time. I bought it refurbished by Geek Squad for just over $400, which makes it very competitive compared to other laptops in its pricepoint. It was the ONLY recent 14 inch laptop I could find with 16GB for this pricepoint, making it an instant win for me. The 11th Gen i5 is great, the battery can last me all day in short bursts (but still several hours of intense usage), and the touch screen is amazing, bright, responsive, and the resolution and refresh rate are just an added bonus. The storage is also crazy fast for a laptop. The main thing I find myself wanting is more standalone ports so I don't need a dongle for HDMI and USB.

[Employee of bestbuy] So when it first pops up ir doesnt look like a refurbished laptop. But the deal was good for just wanting the Surface Laptop Studio. It has a scratch on it but i was able to get the laptop cleaned up and it looks like new. Just next time put refurbished in the title please.

This cane with a bunch if yellow glue on the bottom of laptop. The laptops were filthy. And one of them didnt even come with a charger. Absolutely horrible product the GSFR stands for geek squad refurbished its an acronym so they can trick you into buying .

I bought this for my daughter for college. She loves it!!! she can do all her school work, watch/stream shows and play games on it.

I ended up returning this laptop, not because of any problem, but since it was a Christmas gift, I didn't want to give refurbished. There was no indicator when I bought it online that it was refurbished, other than the GSRF in the title. I don't go to BestBuy often, I had no clue that meant Geek Squad certified ReFurbished.

It doesnt come in the box but besides that the computer looks amazing it works fantastic i have no problem with it.

I purchased what I thought was a brand new laptop but instead I received a refurbished computer. No one told me that they were selling me a refurbished computer which was very deceitful by the BestBuy team. I did not accept the laptop and returned it. My husband and I also tried to discuss this issue with the managers of the store but did not receive good customer service nor support about our situation. Apparently everybody knew that I was sold a refurbished laptop but me.

You think you're buying a new laptop and when you get it its used.

DO NOTBUY. Be aware. Not a new laptop. Comes without the box. Mine was very dirty with scratches all over it. The serial number on the receipt did not match the laptop so I couldn't return it to the Best Buy store. I had to ship it back and wait for the refund. I wish i could give minus zero.
