A super-convenient 2in1 tablet/laptop. Very easy to commute with considering the light weight and small size. Fast and effective to produce work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc... The detachable keyboard is one of the many pluses of this device which allows you to switch back and forth from laptop to tablet in no time.

This is the best investment I have ever done. I travel internationally twice a year. My trip is at least 12 hours long. This surface gave me the flexibility to finish my work while in flight. I also, watch Netflex and do games on it. In the past I used to own a laptop and a iPad which it wasn't convenient to go through security checks having both devices. it's not even convenience to use both devices on the trip. With the surface, I have 2 devices in one. The surface is very light to carry around and use. I wish if I bought this 10 years ago.

I've had a Surface Pro 4 for about 5 years and have enjoyed it very much. In fact, I haven't used my laptop in years because the Surface Pro has met my needs and is smaller and more convenient to use. When that one finally died I decided to get another. The Surface Pro 8 was a better price and would probably have been just as good for my needs but I decided to spend the extra money and get the latest model so I got the 9. It was easy to set up but I wasn't able to transfer everything from my 4 to the 9 because my 4 won't boot up so I can't speak to that. I've had the 9 for a little over a month so I haven't explored everything it can do yet. It boots up fast and stays connected to my Internet. It connects to my phone via Bluetooth like the 4 did and I really like that feature as I can see and respond to my texts using a keyboard and it's easy to transfer photos. Regarding the price of the 9 though, I got it on sale for $300 off and I still feel it was overpriced, especially since it was for the device only, no keyboard or pen which are both ridiculously expensive for the Microsoft version. I got a knock-off keyboard which was fine at first but now the cursor jumps around frequently and I'm not that happy with it anymore. I would definitely suggest the Surface Pro keyboard if you can afford it. So I knocked a star off my rating because for the price they charge for the Surface Pro 9, I think they could manage to provide a keyboard, or a pen at the very least. The battery doesn't seem to last as long as it should. Things are in somewhat different places than the 4 so it took some getting used to and I'm still learning. I was told the battery and SSD can be replaced in this model so I really like that fact. Nothing was replaceable in my 4. You can get cases for the Surface Pro but if you have a keyboard, that protects the screen when you close it so you don't always need a case unless it's going to get knocked around. I didn't use a screen protector on my 4 and I don't have one on my 9 but then I rarely take it anywhere and I don't use a pen often. I do love the touch screen which is very responsive. There is no regular USB input, only 2 USB C's, so you need to buy a USB C adapter to have regular USB ports which is just extra equipment hanging off it. It has replaced my laptop for my needs and I am enjoying it. Just wish it wasn't so darn expensive.

I’m a huge fan of the surface line of devices. I really enjoy the portability of this device and the functionality of windows. Especially being able to have multiple apps displaying at once. Also pairs well with the surface dock 2 for easily connecting power, external monitors and storage to.

It was time to upgrade from the Surface Pro 4 so I got the 9. I do really like the portability and power of the Surface Pro tablets. I have it attached to a 4k monitor via the Micrsoft (MS) Dock II. I pop on the keyboard as needed but when it's stationary, I prefer MS's ergonomic (split) keyboard. If you are looking for something to use on your lap often, get a traditional laptop, not this product.

Front camera and touch screen is very good. Battery Charging is fast with Adaptor.

Just wasnt what i was looking for, i needed something that was compatible with my phone.

This is a Great Machine. I am on my third Surface Pro, 1st one was purchased in 2013, 2nd in 2019, and 3rd 2024. This one buy far is the best, upgraded memory and hard drive. It is fast, battery life is great, and I love that the keyboard can hold the electronic pen. This is the only machine I use for both work and personal. It travels great.

Incredible machine! Very fast, lightweight. I do wish it had upgradable RAM and/or HD, but it is a great device

This is my 2nd Surface Pro. I had the first one that came out and REALLY LOVED IT. It still works, but became slow over the past few years with not enough memory. So I knew that when searching for a new computer, I didn't want anything else but another Surface Pro. It's fast and does everything and even more. I love the all-in-one with it also having a USB. I will ALWAYS stick with a Surface Pro!

Excellent device but loaded with invasive Microsoft products and adware. Deselecting items/auto settings helps a bit but almost criminal how invasive the privacy invading overrides are that force unwanted material/actions with updates, etc…. Fantastic, extremely functional device and very convenient to use at a desk or especially on the go. Get the pen and keyboard, well worth it.

LOVE this Surface Pro! Easy to transport. Mouse pad most responsive of any laptop I have used. Never have to drag a mouse with me. Touch screen, keyboard option with easy on/off makes this portable laptop near perfect. When flying... works as tablet so no have to tuck in on take-off. DOWNSIDE and why 4 star. Surface Pro needs a USB port! (I understand that the new ones do.) I have to cart around an adapter for any USB connections I may have. C port, yay. Add a USB to these!

Great computer for college student, easy to carry and enough storage to manage all your school assignments.

I have owned and enjoyed several versions of Surface computers over several years. This one is the very best I have used, having everything I liked about earlier versions with much greater speed and much better wireless capability. The screen size, shape, and quality is just what I need. The sale price made this purchase the best overall deal I've made.

After my wife was using a work-provided Surface, she realized she couldn't use another machine since she was used to the versatility. So we went ahead and got the latest Surface and she loves it. The machine itself is durable (we have a 4 year old) and the screen quality is great for pics or movie watching. No regrets sticking with the Surface.

Light weight and powerful, easy to take along with me to do FB, genealogy and emails. It is fast and easy to use.

I love this computer/tablet, it's compact and recharges fast. I love the extra USB port on the charger block too. I travel for work and I can fit this and an extra USB-C powered screen for using dual screen mode. The pen is worth getting too. Can't say enough good things about this unit.
