I've never installed an operating system before. It came on a usb stick. It wasn't hard to install but I did look up some things while I was installing it. I didn't know what drive 1 and 0 were. I also didn't understand what partioning was. After looking that up I just followed the on-screen steps. It was more expensive then I thought it would be. I was tempted to buy a key online but kept reading how most of those keys are scams.

This version of Window 10 Home works great and it's easy to install. Put the USB drive in the USB port and the computer does the rest, just enter in the product key.

Upgraded version USB great for custom pc building price is not bad also

WIndows 10 is the best Operating System around. This Windows 10 Home version, is good for x32 & x64 bit computer systems. On new systems it's great, and for a good many older systems it runs OK to good. The oldest system that I have Win10 installed on is a Lenovo Edge 15 laptop with an AMD CPU and 8GB of memory installed. This Windows 10 Home comes on a USB Drive and installed without a hitch on a new system build. After installation, keep going to windows update, until you get all the updates to include version 1909, which is the latest version. I've had Windows installed on all my systems since the beginning and it just got better over time. If you like Windows 7, you should like 10. Anyway, I recommend Windows 10 Home to everyone. There's nothing else like it.

Very easy to install. Pretty much plug and Play. No added software.

There really is not enough difference between a registered and unregistered copy of Windows to justify the price for the full retail version of Windows. Other than that, it is still easier than Linux for the average user. And, hacker attacks on all OS platforms has escalated to make such differences a mute point.

So of course, if you're building a new PC, this is one of those things that is a must, but you kinda hate that you have to buy it. Windows 10 is a great OS, lots of safety updates and it's very efficient. Lots of cool features if you're doing content creation and have multiple monitors set up. Biggest gripe with it is the price. I wish we didn't have to pay this much for a retail copy. I guess it helps in the long run if you ever build a new PC and you can transfer your license, but it still doesn't change the fact that it feels excessive in price.

Easiest install ever and putting on a new SSD made it super fast. Everything is easier to use and so much more user friendly, wish I would have upgraded when it was free, $139.00 is way too much!

I had a friend buy one of these online from a large company. Once he got it and tried to install it, it wouldn't Activate. Box said Windows 10, CD was Windows 10. We called Microsoft and they confirmed he was duped. CD Key was for Windows 8. We ended up spending 2 days and had to get approval to return. Had we just gone to the store (which we ended up having to do) we would have saved time and hassle. Reminder of the importance of Brick and Mortar. Got up and running in no time.

Something that everybody should have especially when building new computers

The Windows 10 operating system I purchased functions much better than the Windows 8.1 it replaced. It opens faster, has more features and operates problem free.

The windows software was easy to install on my pc. The process was quick and easy and the software being in a usb drive made it super convenient.

This comes with a USB as well as an activation key. The USB comes preloaded with the Windows 10 installation file. All you need to do is plug the USB in and then enter the activation code and tada! Good thing they didn't use CD's seeing as CD drives are becoming a thing of the past!

The box contains the installation code on a card. You can build a USB thumb drive installation of current Windows 10 OS using the Microsoft build tool/web site and then boot from the USB drive and use the code in the box to install. In my opinion, Microsoft has cleaned up Windows with a nicer and more uniform appearance. The OS is snappy and responsive.

super ez to use! only needed to use it once when i was 100% resetting my pc

Although I had Windows 10 already installed on my computer, I, being my own worst virus, fixed it so I couldn't add or uninstall anything. I couldn't even do a recovery. It's less costly to install a new system than it would be to have someone work on my computer or buy a new computer. The new install went very well. It was easy, and I had everything backed up, so I was quickly "back in business".

Need windows and found it. Came on flash drive and key with it. Awesome!
