I've had the ring for almost a week and so far so good! I like that it doesn’t scream fitness tracker! I bought the smallest size they have and it is a bit cold so it twirls on my finger. However when I warm up it stays in place just fine. I'm taking off one star because the app interface is lacking. It doesn’t update my information in real-time. I have to click on my steps, then sleep, and so-on before my data will update. And it never shows me accurate battery status. I'm still showing 53% rven after a full charge.

Great value product for the price. It does the job

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the customer service I’ve received. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times, as well as Best Buy, regarding the return of these rings, and I still haven’t received any real help. The last thing I heard was that someone was supposed to call me back, but no one ever did. Not only was the product itself of poor quality, but the complete lack of support has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been left without answers and without a solution, and at this point I am extremely upset. I expected better communication and a proper resolution, but instead I’ve been ignored. This has been a very disappointing experience overall.

Ring gives good fitness information. Charges quickly and remains charged for 5 days. It fits a little large and it fell off my finger once. Would recommend to others with a better fit.

Horrible battery life. Sleep metrics contradict what Apple Watch says. Who’s correct? The metrics being reported by my Apple Watch seem to be much more on par with what kind of sleep I feel like I got. Unfortunately to gather this data put me outside the return window so now I’m stuck with a small, round paperweight.

I wanted to like this item but the battery didn't even last 24 hours. Do not buy.

This purchase was through BB Marketplace. I really wanted the product but the first one they sent arrived timely in my town but couldn't be delivered because of postage on their end. They resent it and so it took 2 weeks from time of order to receive my order. It partially worked for 3 sec. The help desk didn't return my call. The next time I called mailbox was full. Email responded every 24 hrs and eventually said return it. I did and Best Buy told me the ring I had received did not match the box with the directions.

Just another ring Battery was good for two hours iPhone integration really bad

Love this ring at say be so much stress Just being able to keep track of my blood oxygen has been a blessing.. Wood very much recommend this ring.
