This refrigerator was very disappointing, nice looking exterior but that is where it stops. The freezer is sub standard, standard ice maker bin is at a 6 foot height which makes it impossible to retrieve ice. The lighting on both side is dim and can hardly see anything when food is in the way. Returned after a week for a Sub Zero

This the only unit that fits in my kitchen. It replaced the same one I bought 23 years ago. Aside from the ice maker being so high up, it is fine. It seems well built. Plenty of room. Very quiet. Well lit. Good door storage.

I have purchased the 48 inch Monogram refrigerator from Best Buy. The fridge has finishing problem on about six corners, the top edge of the two doors, and all other four corners. I have exchanged it twice and all came with the same problem. It has been more than two months dealing with this. We were hoping to get the right the normal one, but it looks like manufactory problem. The sellers will not tell you this.

We had to replace our built in frigde of 23 years. This fit the space perfectly. What I didn't love is that you need to order the handles separately. We didn't realize this so they were not ordered on the same day, or delivered on the same day.

Love this refrigerator! I only wish GE would fix the problem with the ice slipping out of the back off the ice bin. Had the same problem with the previous model but loved every other feature so much I was willing to put up with it!

Excellent counter depth refrigerator. It’s so good looking and looking forward to a long service life. Great purchase experience with Best Buy!

Finding a 48” refrigerator that is worth the investment was difficult but the salesperson we worked with made the process smoother and stress free.

My GE built-in refrigerator didn't just quit working. The computer board literally caught on fire. My 4 & 6-year-old boys watched on in horror as I quickly scrambled to try to put out the flames. Luckily, I was just 20 ft away when it happened or my entire house would have burned down. A GE technician serviced the refrigerator 6 months earlier. Not sure if he did something wrong or if this was just an issue with these refrigerators. After some research, I learned that there was a class-action lawsuit filed against GE for this very reason. Clearly this a well-documented issue with GE refrigerators. GE's response was awful. I contacted GE Support, Monogram Support, Consumer Relations, even wrote two letters to the President, Kevin Nolan & General Counsel, Jason L. Brown. Everyone passed it off to someone else and/or just simply didn't even respond. NOBODY stepped up. Extremely disappointing. Wish I could give this zero stars. Do NOT let this happen to you. Stay away

We had this Fridge for more than two years, and we had some issues at the beginning with not cooling down, the factory warranty covered for those repairs. We bought the extended warranty at the end of 2nd year and that's when the real problems started more than 8 repairs and not reparable, the extended warranty had to reimburse our money. We are glad we bought the extended warranty. Going Sub-zero

Absolute trash! Have had to have the blower motor replaced, the temp sensor twice and guess what, they are coming back again tomorrow for a third time!
