I'm in and out in 10 minutes with a new product in-hand and no return fees or shipping costs. Aside from my car warranty, this is the only "warranty" I pay for. The coupons and IT services are very convenient too.

BEST BUY has the best protection plan. I have never had issues. They need to stop updating and I cresing the price, but in all no complaints they do a great job with this plan.

I always like buying my stuff from Best Buy. They match any price I have no problem with the extended returns being Best Buy member. When I talk to the technical department, they know what they’re talking about and help me right away when I purchase things online. They come early most of the time and in perfect condition. The bottom line is I always know what I’m gonna get from Best Buy and if I have a problem with it I’ve never had an issue with the return their professional courteous and knowledgeable.

I haven’t had to use my protection plan but it is nice to have just in case. We purchased a larger television at Christmas and this plan covers so much more than if I had bought the extended plan just for the tv.
