I was excited at 1st, but honestly became bored of it after about 4 days. I lost interest and have played it a few times since.

While this collection has some flaws such as varying lag from time to time, the collection itself is great. There are a lot of rare titles in this that getting the originals of would cost you quite a bit. You also get multiple versions of most of the titles. The fact that Mortal Kombat Gold is missing is the odd one. They claim that Dreamcast is harder to emulate, but that is just not true. I personally got it mainly for Mortal Kombat Mythologies.

Something like 23 different versions of MK1 through MK4, a few spinoffs, and even two Deadly Alliance GBA ports. A cool piece of history, complete with behind the scenes documentaries included, different options to make the games easier (cheat menus, AI difficulty adjustments, automatic secret character unlocks, and rewind). This collection is - primarily - for people who grew up playing these games in the arcades and on Genesis / SNES in the early 90s. The computer opponents are particularly unforgiving by 2025 fighting game standards, but its a great walk down memory lane regardless and an absolutely massive amount of content for the price.

I've been waiting for quite some time for MK to release this kollection and so far, it exceeded my expectations. The documentary videos is fantastic and with the new updates such as a new difficulty options, this is the must for fans of video gamers.

This is a great collection, the only thing keeping it from getting the full 5 Stars is that the Genesis version of Ultimate MK 3 isn’t included in the collection.

Not the best MK game but still pretty awesome. Great cast of characters and the new concept of adding a friendly combatant to help add additional mayhem to the fight. DLC characters are great and well done. Over th me top story is a an absolute absurdist riot.

Great game and collection that brought back many memories of playing these classics back in the day. Very well packaged.

This game is great for Mortal Kombat fans. Especially those who grew up with Mortal Kombat in the arcades and on SNES/Genesis. The rewind feature is annoying but can be turned off. Other than that the game is solid. Worth buying.

A worthy compilation of the classic 2D MK games with some bonus 3D shlock to go with it. The acrade and console ports all play super smooth and it's a small, but necessary quality of life feature that you can turn off the dumb graphics on the pillar bars.

Mortal kombat reminds me of the classic arcade game that I’m used to playing growing up.

IMO opinion def worth the $50 if you are nostalgic like me and dumped oodles of money into these games at the arcades and home consoles back in the day. I love the originals, the sounds, etc again! I've been playing it a ton and trying to remember the moves and combos and fatalities all over again lol.
