First, this is not some small, cheap piece of plastic you may see on tv that gets broken just looking at it. The unit weighs in at over 30 pounds and it is solidly built. Programming was easy and it responds to my app nicely. It took a few sessions to map my apartment, but it intuitively broke my apartment into segments based on rooms/hallways, along with identifying carpeted areas versus open floor. It can even sense when there is debris in corners, as little arm sweepers pop out just to address corners. Now that it's set up, I can have it do the whole apartment or just certain rooms that usually need more attention (like my kitchen). I can have it just sweep, or just mop the open areas, or have it clean everything. Right now it takes about 80 minutes to sweep and mop my entire apartment. It returns on it's own, empties itself into a larger bag in the Base and self cleans the mop heads. Replacement bags for the Base are a few dollars and they only need replacing every few months. I run it once a week unless there is a specific area I need addressed, and my apartment is staying clean. I'm glad I spent a few dollars more to get something that works well. I actually chose this model based on Consumer Reports and I am really impressed. It responds to commands through the App or by voice commands

We love the MOVA P10 Pro Ultra. It's relatively quiet, vacuums and mops, the app is used friendly and it cleans and empties into the charging station making cleanup mess free. Scheduled cleanings are convenient and on demand spot cleaning is so helpful. Its relatively small and can easily get under most furniture eliminating the need to crawl under and rearrange the room to clean.

After giving it a name we let it loose and it's been awesome. My wife especially loves it as it keeps the house floors clean. We just had our carpets removed from our bedrooms and there was a lot! of cement powder all over the floors so we let it loose to really give it a proper test and it passed with flying colors. We sent it twice in the master bedroom and it cleaned the tile floor nicely. I've programed it to clean 3 days out of the week so i dont have to worry about my floors anymore. It also lets you know on the app of any incidents or if the water reservoir is low and when to change the bag. Absolutely awesome!

Best purchase in a few years! Works great against the mayhem of 2 yellow labs that shed more than they wag! I bought another brand and promptly returned it as it was an abysmal failure in our furry friendly home. MOVA is easy to customize inside the app, I can remote start cleaning from across the state. It Literally scrubs the floor and scrubs the mop when it parks and before beginning a cycle. Best Buy was a champion to let me upgrade.
