I have had this robot for almost a week now, this robot vacuum has completely transformed my cleaning routine. Its powerful suction effortlessly removes my dog's curly hair from deep within carpets, while the brushes stay completely tangle-free - a problem that plagued all my previous vacuums. The mopping feature genuinely scrubs floors clean rather than just wiping them, and it intelligently reaches into corners and along walls where dirt typically accumulates, even extending up wall trim. What impressed me most is how smart it is - automatically lifting and covering the mop when transitioning to carpet areas. The special pet cleaning solution actually eliminates dog odors instead of masking them, and despite the higher price point, the superior cleaning performance makes it absolutely worthwhile for anyone with pets.

This robot vacuum has strong suction and handles pet hair well. Floors look noticeably cleaner, and it moves smoothly between rooms without getting stuck.

The mapping skills are much better than i expected. I like all the options you have tocustomize where it vacuums, and/or mops, the amount of suction or water it uses, etc. i think it vacuums better then it mops but the mopping isn’t bad either. I really like how self-sufficient it is. Other than occasionally adding water, detergent or emptying the bag, it requires very little effort. Finally, it came with a lot of accessories like extra bags, detergent, roller brushes… that will save me money in the future.

I had high expectations for this product given the price, but unfortunately it didn’t meet them. Long hair constantly got tangled in the roller and also stuck inside the self-empty cavity, which required frequent manual cleaning. After about three weeks of regular use, the roller started to develop an unpleasant smell despite proper maintenance. Even more disappointing, it began leaving dirty water behind on my tile floors, causing black streaks and marks that I then had to clean separately. While the idea and features are promising, the performance and maintenance issues made it more work than convenience for me. For the cost, I expected better results, so I ultimately decided to return it.

I have purchased & tried several of the Mova robot vacs in search of the ultimate mopping experience I am seeking. I feel like they don't wet the floor "enough" even on the highest setting. So I decided to try their newest top of the line robot vac. In my opinion this robot vac did not mop any better (any wetter) than the P10 Pro Ultra. I don't find the extra money worth it honestly. The app is very user friendly. I find this vacuum to be quite noisy. Did I get a bad unit??? I think I will be returning it and stick with the more affordable P10 Pro Ultra.

I didn’t expect this to replace both a vacuum and a mop, but it really does. It cleans dry debris and wet messes at the same time, and it had no problem with soy sauce spills and food crumbs in my kitchen.I really like that the roller brush cleans itself while it’s mopping, so it’s not spreading dirty water around the house like other robots I’ve used. It also avoids furniture really well and hasn’t gotten stuck once. Battery life is solid, and when it’s done, it goes back to the dock to clean and dry itself — no bad smells at all.Definitely the most hands-off cleaning experience I’ve had so far.

Returned after 3 days. This robot was terrible in my home. It falsely marked bathroom tile as carpet, created phantom rooms that do not exist, split rooms incorrectly, and repeatedly showed “offline” in the app while it was actively cleaning. It was also painfully slow: 33 minutes for 206 sq ft and 76 minutes for 432 sq ft. For a $900 robot, the mapping, app reliability, and cleaning efficiency were unacceptable. I would not recommend it.

It worked great the first three times I used it. The third time, it was in the middle of cleaning and just turned off. The battery was at 95+ percent. It had just started cleaning the room. I could not get it to turn on. Completely dead. Called & measaged customer service and was told they could get back to me in 1-3 days.

The best robot vacuum I have purchased so far. The best thing I really do like about the robot is the obstacle avoidance I've had the Eufy S1 Pro and the dreame Aqua 10 roller between those three Mova has hands down the obstacle avoidance. The cleaning on the mobile is very good I like the extension of the mop and also to the arm for the sweeper it does a very good job especially on carpet vacuuming and also too with mopping Ihave no complaints really about the robot. The only thing I don't like is that the fluffer for the mop roller does it extend throughout the whole mop roller but other than that it mops beautifully.

This vacuum/mop seems to work well. I had some dried oil or grease sent it out to mop and got it all. Only drawback is it does not get under the cabinet doors (not the fault of the vacuum). Otherwise this preforms (of course) better than my roborocks s7. One month in so far, update later if changes happen as i have not used all features.

I read/watched a lot of reviews and had older types of robotic vacuums/mops. I am still learning after 2 weeks of ownership. I like the mopping function which i use the most as most of my flooring is LVT. Vacuum on my large area rug seems the suctioning is strong and cleans up very well.

We have two labradoodles that have thick hair and we’ve owned several iRobot products that have generally gotten the job done well. But with their issues and advancing technology, I wanted to try another option. Unfortunately, that was the wrong choice as it doesn’t really vacuum as much as push around the dog hair at best, making it easier for me to pick up, and at worst it adds to the mess by clogging and leaving little dirt specs from mopping. I don’t expect these robots to be perfect, but this one has been functionally useless to maintain my house…I’ve given it 90 days, looked online for changes I could make, etc all to no help. I would suggest not using/getting this robot if you have dogs - despite its “pet friendly” advertising to the contrary.

Was pretty disappointed with this vacuum it definitely did not perform near as well as I feel like it should for the cost ended up returning and buying a Roborock flow 2 which is way better

I am so happy that they came out with this mopping technology. Other mops only get cleaned every so often where this is designed to clean every spin. It far out performs our previous vacuum.

Product broke withing 60 days of purchase. Will not evacuate the water from the map washing sink and will not take the cleaning solution from the tank. It leaves black spots everywhere when it manually put to work.
