A: Hi the codes do not work, LinkedIn customer service is stating they don’t do coupons or discounted services. Why are you falsely advertising about a benefit that is not honored by LinkedIn. They told me to contact BestBuy and around and around we go. Complete loop, please do something to fix this false advertising and false benefits to the rewards program.
Q: I got the 2 moths premiun linkedin from my subscription, but it doesnt work and dont active.
A: No they LinkedIn customer service denied the deal and told me to pay 19.95 x 2 for 2 months of service. They would not honor the code or the discount even screen shot the advertised discount and code.
A: You should receive an email and the code won’t work, I wasted an hour with customer service they denied any code and they don’t take 3rd party coupons. I even took a screenshot and they still would not accept.
Q: I am unable to receive the premium membership from LinkedIn.This is a false promotion!!
A: I got the promotion but I intended on keeping it so I switched to an annual subscription and in doing so I lost one month free. After a bunch of aggravated emails I finally managed to get 1 month discounted off the annual subscription. Just be careful not to switch anything until after the promotion.
