I've had this membership for well over 4 years now. I love it. One of the workers installing my car stereo system offered it to me but I turned it down initially but after explaining it to me in detail, it was a no brainer. The peace of mind is have from this membership knowing that my electronics are covered with a warranty without the address cost is in itself worth the cost. I would recommend to anyone who is a frequent shopper at Best Buy.

I love this product hat covers all my products I buy from Best Buy, it gives me peace of mind to get anything broken fixed or replaced for 2 years! Plus zi can extend the coverage monthly after 2 years, from $2-$8 dollars. My samsung notebook is only eight dollars a month. My sony headphones are only $1.99 a month. It's an amazing coverage program!!!

Bought all six major appliances and two TVs for the new house. Worth it to cover those alone, not to mention the installation! Now every tech purchase I make is covered as well.

It's worth it for the protection plan on every purchase but it's kind of strange that they charge sales tax on it. As far as I know california doesn't charge a sales tax on non physical purchases such as memberships. Basically entire living room is covered with the included protection plan.

This has been very nice to have as we have moved and outfitted our home with all new appliances. Delivery and warranties were all included. This has been a good value during this time.

Picture is clear, lots of abs of available, decent amount of storage space although that could be better. Generally, a very strong product.

If you even need one diagnostic and repair it pays for itself. You can have peace of mind with your expensive PC components.

I think with this service it should be called “BEST BUY BEST WAY”. Great team with techinical knowledge. Just bought appliances this year. Team visited our house and looked into out kitchen. Based on the size of kitchen recomened and helped us to picj best option from Multiple options.

My computer had more viruses that Covid cases worldwide . Since I was a member it broke down to about buck per virus……

I live in an area that doesn’t have very many phone towers or cellular towers, so I was advised to buy a modem for my home and it had to be a wireless modem so I bought AT&T netgear nighthawk M6 Pro. So I did and for the first year it worked fairly well. I had my security system hooked up to it. That was the main reason that I bought it because I couldn’t have a security system without Internet. But a year and a half into my purchase my rechargeable battery inside the unit started puffing up and exploded, so I took it to my closest Best Buy, which for me was 60 miles away. I went in and come to find out that my warranty had just went out when the thing blew up. I still had to pay it out, but Best Buy offered to dispose of it for me. So I was not very happy because I’m still paying on a modem that I don’t have anymore. It seems very wasteful that I had to spend that much money on just a year of service before it got destroyed. So I extremely recommend that you don’t buy AT&T products from anybody except from AT&T, but they told me the same thing they said they could dispose of it for me, but they couldn’t do anything to replace it or fix it. They said probably getting a new battery put in it would not work but I could try it and see in the battery was very expensive so I just decided to go with something else.

The total membership at Best Buy is an underrated value play. For one, Apple care. Apple care. Apple care. Get this : As a college student I got Apple care included on my MacBook Pro, AirPods Pro, iphone , and iPad Pro for two years with my active membership. And that’s just my stuff , not including my brothers MacBook, iphone, and AirPods. Or my moms iPad Pro, iphone, and AirPods. Or any of the rest of my purchases covered with Best Buy protection. Two: Retro-Price matching. My iPad Pro was $999 at first but dropped to $799. Because of the 60 day return/exchange policy I was able to pocket that $200 difference. Three: Member rewards. Best Buy has member rewards offerings that are limited time bonus rewards just for buying in specific categories. When I bought a Sony Bravia 2 for 499 I got a bonus reward of $50. Four: 1% back in rewards. This is a relatively new feature that was added. Previously rewards could only be earned using the Best Buy credit card. But now, anyone can earn rewards without having to take an inquiry hit what’s even crazier about this is that it’s available on the plus membership which they brought down the price of! All in all, the Best Buy total membership is a great offering, especially if your an Apple fanatic and enjoy rewards for brand loyalty.

As a tech member, I don’t know if the applies to people that are not, you buy a zag screen protector for saying an iPhone if you break the screen protector, they will give you a replacement for free and install it for free. You also have a 60 day return policy on most items. And of course, Best Buy offers a price match guarantee that seamless to use. And I could be mistaken, but I think it’s possible total rewards members also receive special promotions from Best Buy. And last you can bring computer items to them to be looked at, and there’s no fee is my understanding. Nor do they even have to have been purchased at Best Buy if I follow correctly. Sign up I think you’ll save money in the long run.

I've had this membership for many years, as a single woman they have been able to remote in and help me when I have been abroad. They have taken away some things in the package every year and the price seems to stay pretty steep. One day this soon to be 65-year-old will not be able to forward it anymore. As a senior I would hope longevity shows for something in the future with best buy! Also, I would think that we would get half price on the Webroot back that used to come with the package many years ago! It's the least we should get with the price that we pay! Now we have to pay for that separately?? Come on Best Buy you have Deep Pockets think of your annual long time customers! Give us back her $25 Webroot when we are total Tech members!
