Excellent figure from NECA like always. It arrived fast too.

It arrived in the same week i ordered it. Figure isnt great. No ankle articulation. Mine does stand ok still though. The trunk is cool, but not big enough to house all the figures made. Nice to finish a line.

Super cool! All the other puppets that have been released can fit into the case she comes with. Her leeches are the best! Super solid piece of work!

I needed this to complete my set and finally found it on sale. I was glad when I got it with no issues. Most collectors items are damaged in the store because people don't care if they ruin the boxes. If you can find her pick her up!

Such a great addition to my Puppetmaster figure collection.

The Puppet Master figures are very well made to resemble the ones from the movie. I highly recommend if you are a fan of the cult classics.

Love this line cant wait for more to come out!!!!! If you cant bend her arms or hand run under hot water otherwise i could see it breaking easily

Besides all the pre order fails. It’s a nice figure. I recommend putting it in warm water to get the joints loose. Worth the buy

This item I attempted to pre-order twice had the exact same problem. The item kept getting delayed, and with the first attempt, it never arrived. I tried contacting someone at customer service to ask for assistance as to why the item was delayed yet again when I tried Pre-ordering it a second time and received another email weeks later stating it was delayed. All they said was, "We are still waiting for the manufacturer to bring us to order, so just wait until the expected date", which I was not holding my breath on, because the same thing happened when the item was no longer up for pre-order, and it was just "Out of stock", indicating it won't ship, again. That is totally unacceptable. Why put out a pre-order, TWICE, when you can't even guarantee the exact shipping date and instead have it delayed to ultimately not even ship? I never had trouble with Pre-orders here before, but this set me over the line. Someone really needs to get their head out of the ground and actually do their job with the inventory because this was entirely disappointing.

Second time I preordered this item , first time they said it was damaged in shipping and they decided to not deliver, told me id have priority when it was available again , but big surprise, no one let me know when it was available again, so I preordered again and just got cancelled a second time and all they can say is im sorry its out if stock you have to wait for it ,why is it so hard to do your job best buy , dont offer a preorder if your just gonna cancel them , there should only be enough preorder to cover whatever minimum quantities you should be receiving , with things like this happening all the time i wonder how long they will stay in business, very upset with this whole experience and every person ive spoke with from best buy who are absolutely no help!!!

Ive ordered this item twice. And neither have come. Both delayed until they refund you like a month later
