The Canadian singer/songwriter marks a stark change in direction away from the folk-inflected pop of her first two outings. On this she collaborates with hip-hop/RnB uber-producer Timbaland, and the result is a set of raw electro-funk, with Furtado laying down some of her most risque and explicit lyrics to date.
