Great space saver
Good little machine. There for you when you need quick coffee. I wish the height was taller to fit larger mugs. But at least you can pull out the drip catcher

Compact and simple machine
I've been using this expresso machine for over 2 years. I had a problem with my first machine that I purchased from Best Buy -- the button for the smaller capacity would stay depressed which caused the coffee to overflow in my mug. After I contacted Nespresso, they sent me another machine for free because I was still in the warranty period and they do not offer repairs on this type of machine. The one they sent me has no problems. This is a great espresso machine. It does not take up much space and is easy to use. I wish it had the ability to make other types of coffee or tea.
