So, this is a Nest camera, which I wanted to work with my current Nest configuration. Google bought Nest and all the new cameras, only work with the Google Home App. When I bought this, I assumed they would all be Nest cameras. When I first received the package, only 1 of the cameras worked with the older Nest App and 2 worked with the new Google Home App. The team was very helpful, when I asked to return the 2 new cameras for the older Nest App only ones. It took us 2 more tries to get all the cameras sent that are Nest App only as you can't tell until you try to sync them with the software. But this team was very helpful and I am grateful. Thank you. I would definitely buy from them again.
