Pros and Cons
Pros: The griddle space is good and the 3 burners are nice. I like the shelves and paper towel holder. The actual griddle part feels premium in comparison to some other brands I looked at. Seasoning went well. Cons: The grease trap is a major flaw. The trap is not located directly under the hole in the griddle, it first flows onto a little shoot, then into the grease trap. The shoot in under the griddle so you have to remove the griddle in order to clean the shoot. It gets caked up with debris pretty quickly. The frame is not the best quality, I've had it less than 6 months covered, under a covered patio, and it is rusting around parts close to the griddle top. Decent for the price but Id probably go with a different brand with a cleaner grease trap configuration.
