This phone is near perfect... almost there but just a few minor things hold it back. I would say it is perfect for the majority of people though. Unboxing: I love Oneplus unboxing experiences. The device is in a large red box that catches the eye. The documentation contains a letter from the Oneplus founder, a SIM removal tool, quick start guide, safety booklet, the usual Oneplus stickers (which are great). Also you will find the 65W charger with USB-C cable. Oddly enough, this is the first Oneplus phone I have purchased that does not include a case so you will need to buy one separately. Device: Initial impressions are high quality! The device is a perfect ratio that fits nicely for one-handed use. There is a built in film screen protector so that should keep your device nice for a while. The vibration switch on the right side is a little smaller than I remember on previous devices but it works well. Charging: People were upset the US Model does not come with the 80W charger but even with the 65W charger, this thing charges fast! If I forget to charge it before bed, I will toss it on the charger when I go into the shower and it will be fully juiced up when I am done getting ready, regardless of how long I take. It should still be able to get form 0-100% in just over half an hour. Screen: Outstanding quality! I love this screen. It displays up to 1440 QHD+ but buy default it is FHD+ (1080). Normally I would switch my phone to 1440 but the screen is a little smaller on this phone so I leave it in 1080 to save battery. Colors are ideal and I recommend you switch to pro mode screen color since it keeps it in P3 mode for color accuracy. Speakers: They are loud enough for me. The bottom speaker is louder than the top but they both do a good job for music and pod casts. Battery: Great! I actually sold my S22 Ultra and got this device instead because I kept having battery life problems with the S22 Ultra. This gets all day battery easily! Cameras: I am a big camera guy. I would say these are not as good as some competitors but they have a setup that just makes you want to take pictures. The main camera and UW camera are outstanding the telephoto camera is meh as it is low res and crops in to get the 3.3x zoom. The selfie cameras are also average but usable. I tend to take 90% of my photos with the wide and ultrawide camera. I have not had it long so haven't tried to get many amazing shots yet but I attached a few random photos in the review. Colors have great pop and the Hasselblad settings are fun to use. I like that shutter lag is short so I rarely miss a photo. Do yourself a favor and start playing with Pro mode to get the best photos out of this. Pair it with Lightroom for best results. Design: This phone is just beautiful! The green is amazing with a small amount of shimmer, the camera is bold... the phone is a conversation starter since everyone has Galaxy and iPhones. Performance: Top notch! This phone feels way snappier than any other Android phone I have used and it is highly optimized. Even though it only has 8gb of RAM, I notice no app closing issues. Also, be aware it uses 3GB of storage by default for virtual memory, you can increase or decrease this if you wish. Storage: This is my main complaint. The US model only comes with 128GB. I download a lot of music and take loads of photos so I am curious how this will hold up or if I will want to upgrade sooner than expected. This phone packs a POWERFUL punch for the money. There are other flagship phones that are $400-$500 more than this and it's arguable if they can't even out perform this phone. The screen resolution is amazing, it feels great in the hand, the haptics are the best in the business, the battery life is easily top 3 amongst its competitors and it has the fastest charging in the industry from 0-100 in 30 mins. You can't go wrong with the Oneplus 10 Pro! I didn't even mention how good the camera is so don't let some of those Youtubers fool you into not thinking this phone is anything short of amazing.

This phone has excellent features and is truly of flagship quality even though it's over a year old. I had to return a pixel 7a to another retailer after encountering bugs and functionally issues from hardware and software issues due to Google bundling too may features into poorly engineered small firm factor devices. I read pleasantly surprised to find this one plus 10 pro has all the functionally of Android 13 add sell as all the Google apps buit in,a much bigger and more vibrant screen with active edges much like the galaxy series, and it's own ui (color os) which despite others complaints i find to have many more gesture commands and features that the pixel and galaxy series lack. The camera array is next level and despite being less mega pixels the one plus camera app lets you easily choose which sensor to use as well as if hdr and ai are in use or not. I really like the rear of the phone, the many customization options and a complex ui that can be as in depth or as simple as you want it to be . The phone can also connect to dual WiFi network and also switches between bands automatically if you set the adaptor connectivity feature. This always utilizes the 5g band for cellular as preferred and very rarely switches to lte. The battery acts as two separate batteries which allows for warp charging which it's accomplished in a fraction of what the Pixel offered for "rapid charging" this works out to a 20 minutes charge for a much larger battery vs the 2 hours on the 7a. The thermal solution on the one plus is by far superior. The fingerprint sensor works really well and rarely do i have an issue with it unlocking. The facial recognition is also great and unlike the pixel both options are present when locked. I have had very little in issues with general connectivity and setup. The home screen is very customizable and i keep finding new features that have become really useful in cars where you want to use the phone quickly without becoming distracted. The assistant and universal search make everything super easy. I have wanted s one plus for ages and so far I'm not disappointed. Everything looks great. There's a really nice gaming booster that you can also customize. The color space is customer with many different profiles and the well being apps and zen app are great for staying focused. If you want to try something different i highly recommend this phone or the 11 , which was provider than I could afford but would have been my first choice. While i read setting it up i read very surprised to find Android updates right up to the may update add sell as UI updates for the same build. Great experience 10 out of 10.
