I pulled this projector straight out of the box and hooked it up to a regular amazon fire stick. The only thing I changed was setting the brigtness to ECO mode. The picture is so clear and sharp. Projectors have improved so much in the last few years. I'm going to be using this projector out side on a 17 ft inflatable screen. I've used it both during the day and night indoors. The day doesn't take much away from screen. I could still see very well. For the price you're not going to get anything better. I highly recommend.

Pros: setup were quite easy. Picture Quality is great for a mid-range priced projector. Cons: built-in speakers, fan motor a bit loud (can’t hear it if you have surround sound setup), it starts to warm up or heat up after 30 mins of use. Remote control (well mine) I can’t turn on the device only off. This happened after the 3rd use.

This projector is bright and displays a crisp 1080p image. It fits perfectly in the screen I got and is not blurry anywhere when focused correctly!. It comes with 2 HDMI ports and a USB port close by to plug a streaming stick into. The only problem I have is with the IR sensor placement for the remote. It is located on top of the projector, which would be great if it were ceiling mounted, but on a table the remote gets awkward to use.

Very good for the price. Great 3D. Great picture in the dark not so much in the light. Can be a little noisy at times. Good if your looking for 3D

This is the next step up from the Optima 142, slightly bigger and longer bulb life... Time will tell... This unit has minimal features, inputs/output. Since there are very few reviews on the internet on this I did a lot of reading on what the projector had to offer and compared it to the 142 model performance is similar. Best buy has that model for sale so you should go read a few of those reviews as well. All I was looking for was two HDMI inputs and 1080p. If you are looking for a great picture for 1080p projector then this will do. The picture looks great with the projector at 28 feet from the wall. I have watched a few blue ray movies on this projector and am impressed in the quality of the image for the price. I do not believe you can find a better quality image and life of bulb in any other projector for 1080p. I now have to paint the wall because the image of this projector show all the imperfections on the wall as my previous 720 projector just did not produce the resolution, color quality or brightness to show this new problem.

This projector is great. Easy set up and easy to use. Have used it for regular tv watching (cable, Netflix...) as well as gaming (x-box). Haven't tried connecting the Mac to it yet, but don't anticipate any difficulty. Picture is clear, and sound from projector is fine (though will be connecting to speakers).

I've been using this projector to play PS4 and Switch for a couple of weeks now, and it's been great. The lag in gaming mode is unnoticeable, and the picture is amazing. Hands down the best value for the price.

We bought this projector to replace our old Optoma, which we really liked. However, after more than five years of frequent use it started developing white spots up in the image. We've been using the Optoma - HD143X for a couple of weeks now, and the picture quality is great. However, it has a really noisy fan. It is distracting when it kicks in on and off during a movie. It's not bad enough that I would take it back, but I would probably choose something different if I was purchasing again right now.

After weeks of in-depth research I decided to pull the trigger on this projector for the basement man cave. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. My projection screen is 93-Inches and the DLP covered MORE then enough of the screen and then some. True! you could spend a ton more money for one that has all the bells and whistles, but if you're looking for great value and great picture quality - I can't recommend this enough. It's great for movies and even better for my passion..... "FOOTBALL". The high-def details of the players uniform and field really comes out with this projector.

Easy to set up, picture quality is great. Love that there is the ability to connect external speakers, Overall, good features for the money.

The picture is very crisp and bright. There is little to no blurring when watching sports . Highly recommend!

This is a great projector. We have it on our deck and the picture is so crisp and clear. We hooked a speaker bar up to it and you feel like your at the movies. I love it. A fabulous product. Well worth the money.

I will consider this one of the finest clear projector weather you are on the budget or not. Really crystal clear day and night. I will definitely buy another one

This is a 1080p projector but should not be under estimated. I project a 170” image at a distance of 12 ft and the quality is ridiculous good for the price you pay. You cannot lose with this projector.

Very pleased with the quality of the image, the colors are very clear and the projector itself is quite quiet.

This has a great picture i have a audio cable from projector to soundbar perfect! Even i day time picture is crisp also has a nice remote!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this projector since this is my first and I really didn’t want to spend a lot on it. The picture is good but not great and it has some nice features. Overall I am satisfied.

Got it for outdoor movies. Good picture and not that bad of price. If you’re looking for a decent projector without a huge hit to the wallet this one isn’t bad at all.
