I love this dehydrator. I made beef jerky and I set it on 180 degree for 6 hours and I love how it came out. There are 2 sides and you can adjust both sides. I love how it have the light to turn on and see the inside. I had a small one that only have 6 tray that takes me a few days to make 10 lbs of beef jerky but this 20 tray, I can make it 2 times and its all done. Lots of tray and lots of space to put my meat. Set it and forget it till your time is up. It will stop on it's own. Meet my expectations. Worth the money.
