I finally got my case! I really like it! Dropped it yesterday and it protected my phone. I love the case and how it protects the camera too. So if I set my phone down it won’t hurt my camera and front screen. It also doesn’t make it feel slippery in my hands which I love. Knowing how clumsy I can be this is just perfect for me. I would have hoped they had other colors available to choose from. It seems a little over priced honestly but hey as long as it’s protecting my phone from future drops then I’m ok with that. Plus I like how this case hugs my phone and how it doesn’t scratch my phone like other cases do. Overall I love this case just wish they had more color options to choose from.

This case is... ok. Definitely provides the protection of an otter box case! Pop socket is great and customizable , BUT does not work well as a “kickstand” the phone falls over. I’ve also had issues with my wireless chargers STAYING connected.

Hi there!
We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Otter + Pop Defender Series case! While using that OtterBox as a stand, we usually suggest pulling the PopTop all the way out then angling one side up. This allows you to use the side that's still popped out as the stand for your phone. Additionally, we recommend having the camera-side of your phone down and close to the stable surface.
When you're Qi charging, we do recommend removing the PopTop for optimal charging performance. Additionally, we've found that OtterBox Power options tend to result in the best possible experience charging through our cases.

Great protection and comfortable to hold!

I was worried about the pop-socket being in a fixed spot on the back of the case, but it’s actually in a perfect spot and is very comfortable to hold! I’m impressed! You can also still change out the pop socket cover to a different color/pattern! This is a fantastic case!

Easy to put on the Otter Box defender for 11 doesn’t come with screen shield like older models.

Not the best. The case protects the phone but there is no built in screen protector on these so your screen gets easily scratched. The pop socket isn’t great, the phone falls over when using it the majority of the time.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your Otter + Pop Defender Series case! After exhaustive design testing, our engineers determined that the best way to interact with the advanced screen of your display was without the addition of a built-in screen protector. That being said, our tests have shown that this case provides the same level of drop protection as past Defender Series cases. If you're looking to add an extra level of screen protection to your device, that case is totally compatible with Amplify and Alpha Glass.
