Wife loves her Oura ring, she says it helps track cycles and sleeping help for sure. She uses it for exercise and half the time forgets to charge it because she never wants to take it off.

The set up was easy. I sized my ring finger in store and it was accurate to the product. The information provided by the app is helpful in managing my health and routines. This is a great monitor, not for fitness tracking.
