My installer Lorenzo was very professional and conscience in his work. He is the reason I will continue to do business with Best Buy. He called us to check in and realized our oven was not available in the store, so he would have to reschedule. When it did arrive, he called ahead and showed up exactly when he said he would. I can't say enough about this guys great attitude and attention to detail.

Had a great experience with the individuals who did a great installation of the first Low Profile Microwave. However, due to issues with that unit, Best Buy ordered a replacement. Thankfully, the same individual brought the replacement and performed a very professional removal and replacement. I'll thoroughly pleased with the entire Best Buy Customer Service and Installation Experience involving my Whirlpool Low Profile Microwave Purchase,

I am glad Best Buy offers the uninstall service. These guys are able to do this a lot faster than me. This was a quick uninstall and they had the new one installed within 15 min or so.

The unit came defective and I was told that if I installed it and request a change, it will be easier and faster, but guess what??? They programmed the replacement to be done in 2 months so I’m stuck with a useless equipment for 2 months. Unacceptable!

I had a Samsung Microwave installed and a scratch was found. The Installation Crew were quick to call their Customer Service Team for the replacement and a partial compensation for the inconvenience was issued. Everyone makes mistakes, but it is what happens afterwards that matters most. Thank you Best Buy!

Tri State Installations & Service did an excellent job of installing my over the range microwave. The corrected the shabby work of the previous installers. The microwave is not level. They also programmed the appliance and gave me all of my warranty information which the previous installers had not done. They were very friendly and courteous and they cleaned up behind themselves. I would definitely recommend Tri State for Installation services.

Crew did a great job of uninstalling the brand new GE over the range microwave that had just been installed a couple of weeks before. The microwave was defective, with the grilled missing and the wrong turn table. The original crew that installed this microwave also failed to align the exhaust and bent the duct which did not allow the exhaust vent to open. This forced the air out the front of the microwave and caused the fan to be obscenely loud. The crew that uninstalled the microwave also installed a replacement GE microwave, ensured it was vented and working properly before they left. We now have a properly working microwave.

We had purchased a Samsung microwave. It was faulty. We were able to get an exchange (went to different model). The removal of the current unit and installation of the replacement unit took only minutes. The knowledge and efficiency of the installers is exceptional. Highly recommend using them.

I would have removed the microwave myself if it looked like an easy job. Watching the removal convinced me I made the right choice by having the job done professionally. The task required strength and technical skill.

BestBuy Geek Squad has been great for protecting my small appliances as well as laundry machines. We bought 5 yr protection. Unfortunately in yr 2 we had the microwave fail. The in-home visit identified some parts to fix but then decided that it was cheaper to get a new device. However, this was not communicated to me and I was assuming mine will be repaired. However, once I made the call to Geek Squad, all my questions were resolved and further, the agent helped pick out a new microwave, order it in a store near me and setup a pickup time within the SAME DAY!!! Wow. I will be using Geek Squad protection on all my appliances. The pickup process could have been better. We had a few reschedules and missed appointments. However, we were also experiencing some icy road conditions and some snow storms. Not the local repairman's fault. Overall, highly recommend this service.

I had a slightly more expensive Kitchen Aid microwave that did a few more things but this GE model is just fine and does everything I need. I actually bought another one about a month before this one for an adjoining condo so I knew what I was getting..

Not much to say about an uninstall of an appliance. The microwave holding screws were removed with a cordless drill and the two men slid it out. Definitely two men were needed as it was heavy and bulky. Fortunately i had a cart so they could wheel it out. Otherwise they would have had to carry out the heavy microwave.
