This item is very reliable when it comes to using these batteries for the xbox series x controller. The recharge time for the batteries are very quick; it takes about two hours or so. The controllers always read the batteries as near completely charged, but never completely charged for whatever reason. The main issue is the charging cable which happens to be very short, and unfortunately, I lost the charging cable so no other charging cable that I have works with this device. Overall, a reliable product.
